Question Red Flush/La Vida missing withdrawals.

Anyone else having this issue - I have made a couple of withdrawals last Friday and Sunday and they are both missing from my transaction history in Red Flush and LaVida respectively. Deposits are all correct, and I have received e-mails confirming my withdrawals.

Any advice??

I have no experience of that but it is disturbing !

Thank you for the message.

I have now checked your casino accounts and both the withdrawals are in your account. In order to view these withdrawn funds, you will need to go the "Pending Withdrawal" section of the Banking Page in the casino. The funds will remain in the pending stage for a period of 24hours before being processed the next possible business day.
Please do check your Banking page on the casino software to view these withdrawal in both casinos.

Please also understand that the CashCheck and PlayCheck system may take a few hours to update all information completely and your patience is highly appreciated.

Yes, but these were w/d's made 3 days ago and yesterday morning, and that's more than a few hours for cashcheck to update. They appear quicker usually. Odd.
I have checked again and they still do not appear on the 'my account transaction history' - they should appear as 'reversible' in that history. They are however, in the 'banking page' showing as pending on Red Flush after 36 hours.
On LaVida again it is missing from the transactions page and it also doesn't appear in the banking page as reversible as presumably it's gone to process since I made the w/d Friday.
 
Has my money been stolen.

I have withdrawals mentioned here in another thread. One from redflush and one from MajorTOM. The one from redflush was paid yesterday.... it does not and never did show in my transaction history. Neither does my withdrawal show at MajorTOM. Sent an email to MajorTOM support askinh about my withdrawal. The reply said it was paid yesterday. Er no sir my redflush withdrawal of 440 was paid yesterday, where is my withdrawal of over £700 from MajorTOM casino. This to me is very disturbing.

Can somebody point the casino reps at this please. As I really don't want to think they are stealing.
 
No, they're not stealing lol....there's obviously an issue with the Viper/processor logging on the casinos - you (we) will get the cash.

P.S. The Red Flush rep has messaged me but I can't read it - since the forum was down my PM's come up as a blank page when I select a message!

Usually i dont make things public, but maybe something changes in the future if some people read my little story.

I received a letter to my home adress with an up to 100€ 100% Welcome Back Bonus from Casino LaVida. Had 60€ in my Neteller Acc so i thought why not.

Entered my personal Bonus Code in the Lobby and deposited last Monday. No Bonus credited to my Balance so i asked Livechat what was wrong. They told me iam not qualified for this Bonus, only for new players. Ok, annoying, but ok. And a bit weird cause in the letter there was my name, my account number and a personal code for a RELOAD Bonus. And nowhere to find *new players only. Asked if im allowed to withdraw my balance without the need to make a single bet and they said yes. So i withdrawed and waited the 24 hours pending time.

48 hours later i asked in the chat when i get my money. Answer: 1-2 Days

Another 48 hours later i asked again and with no answer i get kicked out of the chat. So i send an email friday afternoon and explained the whole situation.

Answer arrived me on saturday. A friendly response with an apology and 15€ Bonus in my account. (havent asked for it and havent touched it)

As well as the statement "Sorry, you were indeed qualified for the Reload Bonus" Wait, what??? Thank you, but no thank you.

I just wanted my money back and wrote that in my answermail saturday.


Waited until monday evening and send another email. No answer until now. So back to the Chat today asking - again - when i finally get my money back. Chat said he will do his best but it will take a while.

Phew, im done at this point. I just wait until i finally receive my money and then will close my RedFlush and LaVida Account. Had some withdrawals from redflush before and was always happy with them but waiting more then a week and still have no answer when it will be processed it just enough.

Thats not how you keep a player!

edit: Oh, and i forgot: I received two emails with the exact same offer and asked kindly not to send me offers im not qualified for anymore. Guess how many mails i received since then?

Hello! Could you please confirm that Redflush and the group are now the part of Fortune Longe (Digimedia) ?

I didn't know this but a quick look shows us that they really have changed license from their own in Kahnawake to Digimedia's.

This license, LGA/CL1/542/2008, is used by the three casinos in Red Flush group, Fortune Lounge AND Referback Group.

Also, this is written on Red Flush page:

Digimedia Ltd, of Villa Seminia 8,
Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Malta, is authorized and licensed by
the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.
 
I've noticed that most of my withdrawals from Golden Lounge never show up under transaction history even months after a withdrawal. I always assumed it was because I was having my withdrawals flushed and this was casuing them not to log.

Yes thanks Rithen, received the Friday LaVida w/d today, even though it's still missing from my transaction history. The RF done Monday not here yet, but expect it'll be tomorrow. Didn't receive the normal 'processed' e-mail either. Nevermind, the timescale for payment is still the same, just can't keep track of it!
 
My nightmare continues....

Send the rep my account, but no answer...

so back to the live chat... And after 10!!! days, countless chats, 2 emails and no answer from the rep here they told me they need a copy of my CC and a document that verifies my adress.

Funny thing about that, i did withdrawals before with no problems. And i didnt even used my CC for my last deposit. But for my neteller account they dont need any verification. Strange.

Next problem: They dont accept my telephone bill to verify my adress. Electricity and things like that are not under my name and as im using online banking only i dont get any bake statements for years.

Really dont know what to do now.

edit: I just checked the old chats, and this is from the first chat from last tuesday:

Kathrin: also ich sehe, dass Ihre Dokumte erhalten wurden, aber die Auszahlung wurde erst gheute bearbeitet

Ich: und das bedeutet? Wann wird das Geld abgeschickt?

Me: How long will it take until i receive my money?
Kathrin: that means it will take 1-2 days

Remember, this was last week.

After two long weeks and endless mails, chats and PMs with Rithen here i received my withdrawal today. Promised was friday and of course i had to write another PM today to finally receive it.

Pretty sure they all have different management and operate from different offices however they are all South African and my bet is that if you dig you will find that Carmen Media own that licence. I've never quite known the full extent of the relationship nor have I ever been able to corroborate it but for as long as I can remember I have been told that Carmen "own" Digimedia and Fortune Lounge and (on more than one occasion) that they also that have an interest in Microgaming too.

Jetset or CM will probably know more.

All I know that the online gaming business relationships in SA is like a plate of spaghetti; most everyone and everything is connected someway somehow - to include servers, customer support, ex-employees, new employees, in-laws and maybe even some licensing agreements. Some of it is rumor, some of it public knowledge. Since I don't like spreading uncorroborated rumors, I'll keep my mouth shut. :D

When it comes to ownership, private organizations tend to like to keep it private. If this bothers people, than I would suggest to play at publicly held properties like 32Red plc, Betsson Group, Ladbrokes, Unibet, etc.; there the ownership is explicit and a matter of public record.
 
The fortune lounge group acquired these casinos a few weeks ago. It is not a rumour.

Well, if you have publicly available info that supports this, then by all means dispel a rumor. But if it's a he said/she said sort of thing, then it's pretty much hearsay.

But anyway, feel free to start another thread on this - please let's not derail this one: it was about some missing payments which needs some sort of resolution.
