Question Red Flush Casino Bonus Removal

Ok I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but is it proper behaviour for a casino to not allow a bonus to be removed since its "already been credited your account."
The reason being is that I have just deposited at Red Flush and then been credited their 100% first deposit match bonus. I contacted live chat to request for the bonus to be removed and to my suprise the casino rep said that they couldn't remove it since its already been credited even though I have not yet started playing which I though was highly unreasonable and not the standard expected from an accredited casino.

So checking Casinomeisters standards for being an accredited casino I located the phrase "Must remove any bonus and associated playthrough requirements at the request of the player if play has not commenced", which then begs the question are these reps just mis-informed or are some casinos not adhering to such standards. While I'm typing this I'm apparently waiting for a response to this aforementioned issue which has been over 15 minutes. Is Red Flush reputable or am i making a mistake?
 
The problem is going to be sitting there staring at all that money waiting to be played while you're waiting on a response. One click and it's over. I hope they get back to you soon!
 
Red Flush is reputable -- see the Accredited Link Outdated / Removed -- and would normally respond to such a request. Perhaps there is something you've overlooked? I've seen people here giving them crap but honestly RedFlush/La Vida are the only 2 MG casinos that I've been playing for the past couple of years and I never got ANY problem. Always got paid and always got great service.

Just last week I "forgot" to claim a 20% bonus (didn't look at the promotions tab before depositing), PLAYED MY WHOLE DEPOSIT, then poped live support and told them that I messed up. Should have been denied because I played the whole deposit before claiming the bonus but no, she told me that instead of giving me the 20% bonus on my $80 deposit ($16), she'd credit my account with $25.

Sure I'm a loyal customer but how many casinos would have done that?

I'm sure thay can be great in some ways. I have played there too.
They messed up several tournaments, made promises they didn't keep so I got tired of them.
The final for me was all spammails I recieved, and mails from them in other languages. The last one in Italian.
Maybe simple mistakes, but I closed my account.
You don't want to know how many spammails I get now about signing up:(
 
i play there occasionally (not a lot) because they bonus offers for me are worst than other acredited casinos

but when i do i never got any problems

After originally waiting a while for the first rep to get back to me I manage to get in touch with another live rep who provided me with a resolution and removed the bonus. Just looks like not all reps are kept up to date on certain issues which could spell out problems for other players that are not that adamant about accredited standards and whatnot.

Your request was a reasonable one and you either encountered a lazy rep or one who couldnt figure out how to remove the bonus. In any case, they cannot force you to play with a bonus especially if you hadnt started play yet. Even if you had and took a couple of spins before realising there was a bonus provided you didnt claim a promotion they should still remove the bnus and free you from any wagering requirements.
 
It happened to me once at Cinema Casino, they gave me automatically a 50% bonus on my 20 euro deposit but after contacting live chat they weren't "able" to remove it. I hadnt startet playing but they just dont want to do it. Well, i won't deposit there again.

Hi Craig I appreciate your assistance however the issue has been resolved and the bonus removed. I accept your apology and just would like to say there is no harsh feelings intact.
