Recording video screenshots-How do you do it?

I was just wondering if any of you tech savvy members know how to record video screenshots? The reason is because I would like to record some of my roulette sessions. I have had so many intense moments playing roulette and I wish I could go back and watch them. Can anyone help me out with this? I appreciate anybody's help

there are good free ones too (I think). I haven't done any video recording for ages so I have no clue which ones are good nowadays.
