Hi, I'm new here. Found this site while searching for some sites with info. about online casinos.

After reading through some of the posts on this site it appears that a large number of casino's are cheating us out of our deposits, I for one don't want that to happen to me. Most seem to use the "abuse" excuse as the reason for not paying up which is total BS. Everytime I've read the section on "abuse" it's written so absract that it makes no sense whatsoever.

Due to this nature of online casinos stiffing us I think we should start a list of casinos that we've personally had good luck with reguarding bonus payouts. I'll start it off.

Starluck and Planetluck casinos have been good with paying out their bonuses. They have 100% up the $100 and the WR is $1600.

I'd gladly recommend 32Red! Even when I get credited (not referring to the monthly bonus here), I only have to playthrough once. You can't beat that  The only RTG casino I like at the moment is Casino Extreme, and there bonuses are fine, and actually show you the remaining amount you have to playthrough (and it's instant withdrawals). I guess BoDog is not bad (seeing how they credit you instantly), but I NEVER win there, and my ship has sailed...

I would assume that most MG casino's are pretty good, although there are a few I've not been reading good things about (BelleRock), although this isn't my personal experience with that group/chain of casino's. I guess that the best I can think of (aside from 32Red) are RoxyPalace, Fortune Lounge, Maple Casino. I won't touch PlayTech's anymore, generous bonuses that are near impossible to actually cash-out WITHOUT any major loss-of-sleep or headache (or pitch-a-bitch).

not another casino list!

No offence zeronero (welcome here), but there is already many posts about recommended casinos. There is also the casinomeister list.
Its probably more useful for the players to look for posts about specific casinos that thay are thinking to try (before they deposit :) )

About planetluck-starluck, I also had software problems and after a while I got disappointed and finally never managed to try.

What are you, a dumbass! I'll glady put up with software that sucks to make $100. :what:

Next time think before you post! ;)

I did think before I posted. I thought about how shitty the software ran, and how the reels freeze up on the slots and you have to log off the casino and reconnect only to have the same problem 3 minutes later. At least you admitted that the software sucks. Anyway, almost every casino gives you a first deposit bonus that's equivilent or better than that. What's so special about their $100.00 match bonus on first deposits?

does this happen on download version as well?

I play Aceclub/starluck/planetluck games a lot because they offer Java and I can't download onto the computers I use. I have often experienced the reels freezing up then I have to refresh the screen to play again. It is a pain in the ass. I thought this was only with Java though. Does this same thing happen with the download version of the software?

Yes! And it happens very often. It's a pain in the ass to play their slots.... and it's 100% a software issue.. not my computer.

planet luck

sent me a beautiful brochure about an affilliate program..they wanted so much for the gold program,so much for the silver and so on..about a month later i read an article on how planet luck was ripping these people off that joined..they made the black list on a web site that i can't remember..i doubt very much if you'll get paid from these people..planet luck is indeed a scam

Belle Rock are ok. Their support staff sometimes need to be told things five times, but they do generally mean well - in this respect they are better than Fortune Lounge, whose policy is for the general customer service to be unhelpful, unless you get senior management involved in which case things get smoothed over.

The Golden Star group were utterly crooked, but they have been taken over now.

This group was the only evil one out there - I played at two of their casinos about three months ago and to this day have not received a penny. They were a corrupt, stealing, thieving group, and I have no doubt that this was a general policy to not pay, and hope that people don't notice.

Fortunately they have now been taken over by Visible Panty Line (er, Vegas Partner Lounge). With this, I believe that ALL microgaming casinos are now ok to play.

Bryan contacted iGlobalMedia about various aspects of their junk software brought to light on the boards here, with screenshot evidence.

I understand that iGlobalMedia chose to remain silent on the matter. That should say enough.

Disgusting, buggy, glitchy software. Stay away.

Although more casinos seem to be moving that way the above is still mainly a myth. Very few casinos will try to use the catch-all "bonus abuse" term to deny paying out winnings. They're likely to be the out-and-out rogue casinos (see the blacklists) where you're playing at your own risk anyway. If a more or less reputable casino tries to use that excuse you've got a very good chance of persuading them to change their mind if you're aware of sites like this one & follow the correct complaints procedure.

So I think you're looking at this from the wrong perspective. There's no point providing a list of casinos which pay out to bonus hunters - I've played at hundreds, almost exclusively for bonuses, and never had a cash-in rejected. You just need to use other sites based around bonuses to decide where to play, then check the rogue listings & current threads at Casinomeister to see if there's any reason to avoid (or be wary of) that particular casino.

From an iGlobalmedia email form June that I haven't had the chance to follow up on:
We have fixed the Video Poker issue in Feb after discussions with you.

So I'm assuming it has been fixed.

There are definitely still multiple problems with their software.

I have had the video poker kick me out when I have a paying hand about six times in a row, and not been paid.

On the other luck casino when I log in it goes into some slot I was playing and hangs and kicks me out again.

The software sucks. I thought they were a multi-billion publicly quoted company now?

I'm gobsmacked that so many of you are taking this thread seriously!

Zeronero is obviously a spammer trying to promote these two crap casinos.

Jeeeze!

(<thinks> hmmm.. aren't these part of the Party Gaming group? Maybe this guy just bought a load of shares... ;) )

You might be right, KK, but those two casinos oddly enough used to be about the most popular "beginners" bonuses at one well known "whoring" site, so I'm not so sure. I hate the software & wouldn't dream of playing without a bonus there, but unless the terms have changed they're worth a quick hit and run ;)

They are, and one of the things on Party Gaming's priority list at the moment (according to their releases) is a complete revision of online casino operations followed by some major changes.

These have not been outlined in any detail as far as I am aware.

Have you actually won and received your money from Casino Extreme with no problems? If so how many times and how long have you been playing there? I'm afraid to play at any RTG casino besides the ones Casinomeister has on list. Until now I never heard of Casino Extreme. Thanks

There have certainly been things posted in the past about them being not-all-that-customer-friendly.

Search the archives - they are not in the same league as 32 red.
