I will make this short for now as i have other intrests looking at this subject for me as well.

I think it is straight forwards but this "casino" seems to have another opinion on the way things work and maybe some of you other casino people can help with your thoughts.

so i deposited and claimed a 125% bonus with a 40x playthrough the t & c's state that if you play bj or video poker your playthrough goes to 100x.I played all slots until i had reached the 40x playthrough.

It is on the recommended list here and it is a rtg.When you deposit your bonus and deposit go into a bonus section and is not moved to withdrawable until you reach the playthrough.After i reach the playthrough and my money is transfered i play a while more on slots and then...............here is the part they are trying to get me on

i played some bj...AFTER my 40x playthrough was over and they released my money to withdrawable.I requested a withdraw and they reversed it and told me that since i did not request a withdraw at the time my 40x playthrough was done and i played bj before the withdraw request i have a 100x playthrough now.

I thought that once i had played all slots 40x playthrough and they released all the funds to withdrawable,i could then play whatever.Why is my playthrough 100x after i had already met the 40x playing all slots?

Can they really do this?ISn't it my money once i play through the bonus restrictions which was 40X on slots?Or is this just another loop hole for them to scam a player with?

I was/am under the same impression as you, after you make playthrough then it doesn't matter what you play.

Hope this is just a misunderstanding and not one of those hidden clauses that rate right up there with the "FU" clause.

Let us know what happens.
 
I assume you are referring to the Mainstreet group of casinos by the 125% offer 40x requirement.

TC's are as you say however there's nothing in the terms that state after the 40X's requirement for slots has been met that all other games carry no restrictions. It only says the requirements change to 100X's when other games are played Blackjack etc.

This is something that the casino could try to argue and the terms are not clear but I don't see where that would matter you made the 40X's play through on slots you should be paid.

It really seems like a crappy way for a casino with a good rep to treat people.I suppose that is online gambling though.Time to take up bingo with the seniors maybe.

I also have my live chat log where the c.s.r. tells me i was allowed to withdraw until i played blackjack and he could not explain either why after i had played the 40x why the 100x was all of a sudden in play.

i will release more if need be.I really hope someone higher up will see the error in this and have it resolved so i don't have to keep posting and making me depressed that i am feeling like i am totally getting screwed over by another online rtg casino.

As I see it...you were still playing with bonus money and did not request a cashout after meeting the playthrough so T&C's are still in effect..no BJ or poker with bonus money as the T&C states until you make a withdrawal and clean out the acount to convert bonus to cash and close out the T&C requirements.

It sounds wrong but I can see their point also and understand the reasoning behind it....good luck, hope you get your money!
 
I do see there point..... a little

If you say 40x playthrough only slots and that is what i do then it should all be my money.I really think it is crooked to change terms like that AFTER i met there requirements the first time.

If they want to say well yes you did it that way and then did not withdraw,so it is now a 100x playthrough.Then should they not be honest in someway and maybe post it in there t&c's that you can NEVER play bj or videopoker until you cashout after you play your money 40x through.Sounds stupid but that is what they are doing. instead of looking for ways NOT to pay you.

It seems that these casino's are really really forgetting that the more they keep coming up with these ludacris back door rules not to pay you,they are losing players like me that will NEVER deposit with any casino in there group again.I am sure over the years they would get back 10-20 times my first deposit request.Instead they have to fight with me and let everyone air there dirty laundry all over and get other people not playing there as well.All over a $800 withdraw.

Seem like these people don't ever really see the big picture

This casino when you deposit gives you your deposit money AND your bonus money in a restricted bonus account that is not made withdrawable until you reach your playthrough.IF i had done anything wrong (as we all know who have played at rtg and screwed up t&c's)your money is never transfered to withdrawable.MY MONEY WAS tranfered and my playthrough was met.

Would you not also think you could go and play any game now that ALL the money was withdrawable.It just seems like i am getting screwed by some stupid back door made up sort of makes sense rule they resort to when they feel like.

You completed the requirements and the bonus was cleared to be your cash. The fact that it was even moved from separate bonus balance to your cash balance is a clear indication of terms being fulfilled on your part. There is no way they can request the 100x WR anymore.

When I played slots bonuses, after meeting the WR I always contacted Customer support by Live Chat and specifically asked them whether I was free to play non-slot games now. I also took a screenshot of the conversation. I always thought that this step was unnecessary, so it is interesting to see now that you can never be too careful with these crooks.
 
If I understand correctly, you play with your own funds first and if they are exhausted, you then play with the bonus. If you had met 40x wagering and then played BJ without tapping into the bonus funds you are essentially risking your own money and they cannot use this excuse to force you to wager 100x. However, if you used even $1 of bonus money to play BJ, I am afraid they are right.

If this really is one of their rules, then it is totally ridiculous; not only for the player, but also for the casino as they are essentially trying to force people to cash out after meeting WR instead of carrying on playing against their fixed house edge! :eek:

I'm sure you don't need to be told, but whatever you do, do NOT gamble one more cent until you get this sorted. If the casino wont see sense - then Pitch a Bitch!

I do not think that the bonus money gets cleared as yours once you withdraw.
I think the bonus money is cleared as yours once you meet its wagering requirements. It should happen regardless of any withdrawals taking place.

That makes a lot more sense. Even from the casino's point of view. Even the casino would like you to play more with the funds, rather than restrict you in a way that makes an earlier/immediate withdrawal - more feasible for you :D

However, I haven't read the T&C in question here, and I don't know how good the reps of that particular casino are.

If your money was moved from playthrough to cash area then i believe you can play any games after that. At least i have done so without any problems of cashing out. The only time i did have a prob is if the bonus i got was to be deducted from my withdraw so if i was cashing out 150 and i had a 125 bonus i could only withdraw 25.
 
In a weird kinda way, this is too funny (ofcourse not for the OP)
Some other casinos will try anything they can, to hit you with "bonus abuse", if you do what THIS casino demands of you ... what a wonderful world, this world of online gambling :)
Hope you'll just get what's rightfully yours, and an apology on top of it.
 
This same stunt was pulled by a Playtech casino, and they got away with it:mad:

They have an unclear term, but are interpreting the rules in the most negative way possible in order to extract more playthrough.

One you meet the terms, the funds do indeed become yours. If they want to have a restriction carried over to when the funds have been converted and can be withdrawn, this must be SPECIFICALLY indicated in the terms. It is not good enough for them to say they can do something because the terms don't say that the cannot. It doesn't work that way for players. Many players have argued that there is nothing in the terms to say they cannot do something, and casinos then pull the "F U Clause" as a means to enforce an unwritten rule.

If this is Mainstreet, there have been other complaints about them, which indicate a steady decline in standards, but they have not offended enough to lose their accredited status, which is why a PAB should be filed and the matter investigated.

i am sorry if it looks tacky that i thanked you all, but i really do appreciate all of your input and help.

I guess in the long run these casino's can just do anything they want and if people just keep giving them money they will never change.

as of today none of my 4 emails have been replied to and they have not even confirmed a reciept of my id documents for my credit card deposits.I still have hope because i think "maxd" is gonna help me out if he thinks i have a good case.

I will let you all know how it turns out and don't worry i have not nor will not gamble one cent there until they fix this.


One thing my third withdraw request hasn't been denied yet.....not approved...but at least not denied,it has been 28 hours.I guess that either means maybe they are coming to there senses or......they are lazy...probably the latter they way it has been going for me.

Since I don't know what casino, I will say this. I have played at Club World with a bonus, made playthrough, had money moved to cash and went on a played other games before I made a cashout with no problem. I have played VP, Scratch cards and even blackjack and never had a problem. Of course, bonus amounts are deducted from withdrawal but never have they come back and told me I had to make more playthrough.

I have also done this at Villento and Sloto'cash with no problem.

So, I don't know what to say. Hope all works out for you. :D

Not true at all. There have been many instances in which the money was moved to the withdrawable and was found out that the play through was not met. The one thing you really must do is call and find out if it has been met BEFORE withdrawing. I learned this the hard way many years ago. I have never willingly accepted another bonus since.
 
This happened to me, but unfortunately it was not an accredited casino as it was before I found out about casinomeister. I had already requested a withdrawal and had left a little in there to play with. So then I went and played some other games with what I left in there. they then took everything back, eventually they returned all my deposits, but I did not get the big jackpot I had won. I agree after making your playthrough,you should always contact support and find out what the rules are from there before you change games.Good luck and what casino was this???

Just an update on this situation:


First off it was the "Mainstreet group" and there new casino "One club casino"

All though it took a few more weeks than i would have liked ,this situation was resolved.

After we ironed out the playthrough issues everything went real smooth.They even admited fault on their part, they said the live chat op was incorrect(which i found very refreshing).Also there seemed to be a miss communication(maybe)with my emails and me not getting them from the casino so i used my "gmail"account and got everyone.

A big thanks to "maxd" as always,but i feel none of this would have even come close to being resolved without the help of "Jason" the rep for mainstreet here.He really had to deal with my "p.m.s" on more than one occasion and he listened and responded even after my tantrum's.

So again thank you very much Jason

So glad you got sorted out but don't pat them on the back too hard for just doing what is right, we will have to thank them for taking our deposits next ;)
I think Jason helped me with something Once, he is a pretty good Rep
