I am putting the finishing touches on our Casino Software reviews, and I'd like to know what categories you'd like to see listed as being rated. I am looking at a max limit of six categories. This way I can give each casino software a proper numerical review number (much like I do with the casinos). I am looking at the following:

1. Innovation

2. Variety of platforms (Slots, Video poker, table games, etc.)

3. Aesthetics (graphics, appearance, etc.)

4. Availability (licensing jurisdictions - languages)

5. Responsiveness to player input

6. ?

This is an example that I have in the casino review section. These shields are based on what I have here:

What am I missing? I know I did not list fairness - I'm not an auditing company, :p but if there is a way to include this somehow - I am all ears.

Suggestions???? :D

So to get this straight, due to the fact some casinos only provide slots, some slots+table games and some all of that plus live casinos/sports, we need ratings for say overall appearance/ease of use? Then range of games, innovation (such as VS's foolproofing of slot stakes under bonus?) and possibly offering bent demos etc?

Accessibility? :D

I mean having a good number of games available for mobile/tablets and not just desktop.

Or maybe "Mobile friendly", that considers the number of games available for mobile and some other things like possibility of both portrait/landscape modes, interface, etc. just the general experiencie of playing the games on mobile.

Best regards.

Was that rhetorical?? :p Yes, I think that the ratings should indicate which companies produce a full range of games.

Videoslots is not a software company btw.

Ah, I see! Now we're straight, I was reading the proposition slightly differently.

I was going to mention this. Some game companies don’t really set up games for mobile play eg not being able to see your balance or change bet amount because the buttons are off the edge of the screen.

Gamification, Easiness to navigate, Multiple-Window Play, Bonuses

Can't think of anything else right now that was not mentioned in the posts above.

I think it should be 7 because like you and homerbert I was thinking about fair play and tournaments/fs.

1. About fair play. We could have another rating system just for that. My suggestion is just 2 categories, information (how easy it is for a player to make an informative decision to play) and cost (how much it will cost you to play min bet for an hour). Information is about TRTP and chances for certain events to occur, how easy it is to find this info and if real or fun play is misleading. Cost is about TRTP (I think the TRTP allocated to extremely rare events shouldn't count for this) but quick spin and other features are factors. Although "cost" can only be calculated by game, we could rate the 10 most popular and use an average.

2. Tournaments/fs. If they offer them, to how many casinos and their quality (prizes, cost, frequency and lag problems).

I quess we could put the 2nd (Tournaments/fs) under "4. Availability" or "2. Variety of platforms" to keep the total number at 6. :)

I like rep responsiveness.
I Know it's a tricky one - but if a rep wants to flog their games, it should be a 2 way street and they answer pms and Qs too.

Regions: which countries do you allow and refuse. Some comes down to government allowances, some to what the providers feel like. Probably can be wrapped into jurisdiction/licensing

Portfolio: Not just whether they have games along with slots, but do they offer a healthy selection of slots or a handful
