Rapidcasino.com stalling payments

Hi, I won little over 200 euros yesterday at rapidcasino.com and I have been verified player a long time ago (documents). It´s been over 17 hours now and still they havent processed my withdrawl? They promise fast and rapid withdrawl on their frontpage in the casino site. I have asked many times livechat for help and sent email to ask why this is taking so long time? is this normal procedure or are they just stalling payments?

Ok, thanks for the information. I´m just wondering why they say fast and rapid withdrawls if they take day, teo or even three days?! The customer service wont help at all and they just ask to wait. I think they want me to reverse the withdrawl and play it back But I wont since I need to know is this good casino or not and now its leaning on the NOT side because over 17 hours on withdrawl for a verified player is just too long nowadays.

Yes even though I was I was verified I pressed cash out saturday 4am I think it was and It got processed and sent out Monday evening and I recieved it Tuesday 2am and I had my transfer Wednesday morning
