Hello,

I've recently left VS due to deciding that enough is enough, I love the site especially the battles but my personal return was getting so bad that in the end I decided to close my account.

I'm missing people already and to be honest had noticed the lack of chat going on of late, maybe people have left already?

Anyways i'm searching for friends that I may of chatted to in the past via VS, callsign RAGNAR1
I'm especially looking to connect with Zed if possible.

If you are still gambling then I wish you luck, mine was not so good but on dat 2 of no gambling i'm feeling much happier!

Hi Lucy, welcome to the forum!

I remember Zed from chat too, hope he'll be joining this thread! I've also stopped playing at VS for similar reasons. It's not that I am much luckier at Guts where I play most, but I do have more playtime and often more valuable freebies to keep me going!
 
Zed said on Monday on VS chat that he or she was no longer going to be on vs at by the end of the week I asked if it was financial or another reason Zed did not respond.

I thought zed was female but assumed I was wrong when mouche replied earlier.

My old brain is pickled as I actually think I shoved her her from bs a while ago.

Wow , lot of people not playing on VS anymore.. I rly think they have shot themselves in the foot with the rtp changes (and hiding of said changes) on top of the diminished rewards system . Im also not playing on there anymore and it used to be my main site
I didn't chat in battles tho because I got banned for saying the word "rigged" :( :laugh:

Hope you all can remember me form VS battles "Fiekie23".

All the names Ragnar1, Zed etc I can still remember them, however I am no longer playing at Videoslots

Long story short - VS has turned into something really weird IMHO... They have too many changes: Battle Prizes reduced payouts to less players, free roll spins now became those Jackpot entries, rewards are crappy when getting them from new slots as well as the Clash of the spins was the dammnn worst thing to ever happen, I prefered my cash on a monday instead, could be a good buy-in for the 850GTD, now I get 15 - 30 spins from the clash... Bull... Also the cash back on fridays was so little, even though I wagered alot of money on slots during the previous week.

Mmy RTP changed and I ended up losing a shiitt load of money, especially on play and go slots. Whenever I play Push Gaming, I take forever to trigger the bonus feature, especially Jammin Jars, where I could hit a few x1000 at VS within a month. I think PlaynGo RTP took the worst dip. I was just losing and losing, the only time I ever actually still won was in the battles.

I was playing about 2 weeks ago on a sunday night in the stabust 75GTD tourney and went to sleep. The next morning I woke up and realised that I could not login to VS at all. Account has been permanently deactivated:

I still has a few $$$ left in my account and some free spins rewards that has not been activated. They claim I did not have anything in my balance etc. They just ignored me.


Very bad from Videoslots after being a loyal customer for 4 years and depositing at least $1000 on a good month and maybe $500 in deposits in a bad month.

Suddenly they took a business decision to just close my account without any good reasons, they refuse to answer any of my questions.

Well I have to admit, I miss them a bit, they were my favourite casinos, but there is just so much I can take. I mean I understand you cannot always win, but for 6 months straight struggling to win anything decent is not right either.

Wouldn't you like to know why exactly VS decided to permanently close your account? A loyal customer for 4 years, and then this? It just doesn't make any sense. :confused:

If I were you I'd drop a message to the VS team here and if that doesn't answer the question, I'd submit a PAB.
 
Well they told me they took a business decision to close my account and that there is nothing they can do to re-open it.

I was a bit pissed and found out a couple of other players received the same notices.
Not opening a PAB as I am pursuing another Avenue to find out the reasons..

I know it does not make any sense. But a casino treating me like this , I am not sure I would want to play there anymore anyways.
