Okay guys it's not often i start new threads. But i have searched for this and could not seem to find a thread regarding this.

I am sure it has been discussed a lot but not in one thread. Strangely i could not find a thread regarding Quickspin slots in general. I found it quite cool they have added the reward thing.

I got a tip for you guys. Not sure how much you play at InterCasino. I found out i had earned 3 x 2 coins which was enough for feature round at 0.15 on Bandits slot paid around £8.

Worth to check out. BUT strange thing and shock was that those coins ended up requiring standard wagering. So how does Quickspin separate it if when using a bonus people play their slots, and also play then and earn coins with Cash? Surely if only playing them with cash then there should be no wager requirements after feature round with those coins.

Reason i want to give heads up is that you have to open slot then go into the Token/Coin thing. Then click to receive the coins you have earned. This way many of you might have Tokens/Coins hidden. But would also be nice to have this proper discussed. I am sure Quickspin will not take part or comment on this. Like is it affecting RTP at all. And how are these features played out in reality. Predetermined or does result get calculated when you click to start it?

PS why is there several casinos like Videoslots who does not yet have the Token/Coin feature. Surely Quick Spin should add coins earned since releases?

So to finish this thread off it seems Quickspin has suddenly rolled out adding already earned tokens if not already been activated at a certain casino? I am not sure if InterCasino had it from start. I think it was Casumo who started off with it.

So question is when or will Videoslots get it and then will we get the tokens that would had been earned. I am so confused in all this :)

Hi mate,

Actually not quite new but indeed quite a recent development, to see the system spreading... I've so far only seen it @ V&J and InterCasino - which are sister-casinos since the takeover - and before that, and also the very first and only Casino that i know off, was Unibet: i made a few posts and references about this in the past, and also was surprised not many people picked up on this!

It's one of the most innovative and cool features that came forth out of the 'Gamification' trend, at least in my opinion. Unibet still has it as far as i know, although it was only available in their 'Spin City' app, and not many people seem to have this app...i was one of the few that downloaded it, as soon as it was available, and when i tipped a few friends, they didn't seem to be able to install it, so i often felt i was part of a beta-testing team, without getting asked :p

As far as i can tell, it doen't differentiate between Bonus-money, and real cash, but if you are collecting tokens, it's probably best not to take any chances, and only play it with real cash. I personally haven't noticed any WR's applied, and i assume there will be some cheeky players who will try and abuse the system, if/when not properly monitored..but they could just be checking out how players are using them. Because normally you'd expect some sort of new Bonus-rule or update in the T&C's, if there were any to live by..

So either the system automatically recognizes and differentiates Bonus-money from real cash, and does/does not apply a WR, where applicable, but i am guessing here, feel free to test it out :p
However you turn it, this is a fantastic in-game reward system, that lets you 'Buy-a-Bonus' whenever you have enough coins -which you can earn by various achievements, like collecting an x amount of scatters (various levels), entry to an x number of Bonus-rounds (also various levels) collecting an x amount of wins of 10x and up, of course also various levels..and so on..

So, just by liking a game, playing it, and regardless of winning or losing on it, you'll be raking in coins for sure. Now a player can use them in the same session, or save up for a HUGE bonus on the max bet size...Imagine Quickspin is one of your favorites, and you play their slots in most of your sessions throughout the year..come Christmas, and you check your collection, and go buy a bonus for 840 coins on Fairy Gate which is a 20,- Euro bet Bonus :p (just checked)

Could be amazing, of course could be shite too..but i love the idea! I think there will definitely be a bit of a stir somewhere this coming year, perhaps we will even temporarily see the system taken off, to be re-applied later, as i can foresee some things going wrong, depending on how and if the possible WR's are applied -if it's all cash-only (so only gather coins with real cash, and as such no WR except the 1x anti money laundering crap) but once teething issues are over, and anti-abuse is set to the Casino's and provider's standards, and the expiry time is basically unlimited (i sure hope that will be the case, cause players already get pissed off if they lose one chest in the crappy Robin Hood slot after an update or providers server downtime -imagine what the furore when they lose like 100 saved coins:p) it may just be the next best thing to sliced bread, so to speak!

I already have enjoyed various features, some huge, some shit, and the coins have saved many a session in that Unibet app, which otherwise would have been a bust, sometimes even changing them into a cash-out!

We will surely see what the near future holds, as i can not imagine other Casinos to not follow suit soon - and i can also not see this topic cause many tinfoil theorems, like 'how can they invoke bonuses?', 'rigged!' and whatnot...

By the way, i don't think the coins you found were rolled out from play before the coin system was in place, i suspect you just didn't notice it before (very probable if you were using a mobile or something) and that they were earned during a previous session.

I have/had more to say, but it's already a long winded post, so i'll save that for later :)
Glad that you brought it up though!

I remember hearing about this Token Feature before and a CPO from quickspin answered how it works in the "Sakura Fortune" slot thread back in April of 2017.

Link to the post is here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/sakura-fortune-by-quickspin.78402/page-3#post-828754

This post is about if it affected by RTP in anyway... Answer in the link is a NO. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/sakura-fortune-by-quickspin.78402/page-3#post-828803

As for when Videoslots will have this... They actually did have it enabled for the first month when the slot was made available on the site, but they decided to not want to use it so they turned it off. I remember asking Dan @ Videoslots about this after I noticed the token feature disabled.

Ahh thanks for information you were spot on there. Exactly what i was searching for ;)

From you mentioning Videoslots that they first had it then removed it actually makes sense for me now. Since they run a sort of cashback program then surely the big players would just explore to only play these Quickspin slots and try get advantage. I can not really say anything bad towards Videoslots making this decision. I did also remember something about that it does not effect rtp at all as its an extra supplied by Quickspin :) Thanks for confirming for me much appreciated mate.

As stated, they weren't the first to have it -they were the first to remove it perhaps:p

And i posted about this long before April 2017. I did an article for ThePOGG, shortly before the post as linked to above (also in April, a few days before that) but i have also mentioned the app i described, years before that. Searching this new forum, or my old posts didn't deliver results (probably transferring of old forum data issue, or bug in the search system) but a quick search in Google delivered this snippet:

"29 mei 2014 - To celebrate the launch of our new Spin City app, we are offering all our players the chance to win a series of fantastic prizes, including an iPad and lots of lovely tokens for our great Spin City slots games. All you have to do is stroll up to the Spin City stand in the tournament area tomorrow or Saturday and ..."

Still curious what exactly will happen in terms of WR's, Bonus-funds etc..

CPO of Quickspin here, again putting my nose in. Happy to answer any questions, and I think most have been answered already by other members. Glad to hear you are a fan Incrediblestuff! Spin City was successful in its own rights, but didn't have the large marketing attention/appeal we hoped.

In regards to bonus or no bonus. It entirely depends on the operator. We (Quickspin) don't 'own' the customer wallet. We just pay out into it. And if that money that gets paid it is to be tagged as 'bonus' or 'real' money is up to the operators. The majority of operators do a 'real' tag (no wr) for the payout of the Free Spins Bonus Round triggered with tokens.

Hi Bosjer:)

Absolutely a fan (did a lot of shameless plugging for you when i was translating or writing reviews:p) and indeed a huge surprise that the Spin City didn't take off into wuthering heights!
I did post about it here and there, but mobile wasn't as popular yet, and perhaps it was a bit ahead of it's time!

Thanks for those answers - pretty much what i thought, and i do hope all operators will make it WR-free...Perhaps it would be wise to exclude it from bonus money play, to prevent abuse, on the other hand, it might not be so bad, as it's not like you can deposit big + bet big with a bonus, assuming you will make a shitload of coins... They aren't that easy to collect, after all!

But i do want to say i really like your Games - even before the tokens appeared, i felt i was getting the most bang for my buck, on average (there are only a few other providers, which make me feel the same way) but i know a lot of members here find the opposite to be true :p

Most people don't seem to have the patience to bash a slot for hours on end, when they see the single max win in a spin is like 100x or thereabout (which was true for a lot of your older titles)
but they probably don't realise how crazy streaky your slots can be..Luckily i found that out early on, so i had no issue trying each and every slot you brought out...

Can't wait for the next release! And hats off to that great coin system - perfect example of innovation i.m.o. - you guys deserve some rewards!
