I am sure this is wrong, because it still says to email them if you consider yourself worthy. However, you should take the reply you received as a "no" for now, and don't keep pestering.
Well obviously I took it as a "no". It's just that they seemed annoyed that I had the nerve to ask them
And they were also unable to give a simple YES or NO answer like you will see below from the e-mail exchange I had with them:
