Hi, gang:

I have been playing at 32red for a while.
Before I joined 32red, I have played casino DASH for many months.
I heard of 32red VIP program - Club Rouge.
Just wonder, if anyone is a member?
And how can you be invited in?
What is the deposit bonus situation for a member?

Cheers

It is by invitation only and doesn't necessarily depend on how much you deposit.

32Red don't publish or provide the criteria AFAIK.

Its not rocket science..but I am guessing like most VIP clubs:

- regular large deposits ( 3/4 times a week)
- playing a variety of games but mostly slots. Playing to exhaustion or at least 100x deposit
- decent bet sizes
- not be bothered about taking part in promos
- a substantial length of time of this kind of play- a couple of years or so.

I would be surprised if you didn't make it in after this!

It really is by invitation. There is no automated scoring system that can be manipulated by the "right kind of play". If any player feels they should be considered, the site asks them to send an email. If they are turned down, they shouldn't pester, but wait quite a while before asking again, or not even bother at all.

It can take YEARS, not months, and depends on an overall assessment of your conduct and contribution, not just how big your wad is. The LAST thing 32Red want is to be tricked into granting Club Rouge status to a player that is purely trying to qualify for the VIP bonuses in order to milk them for all they are worth.

I believe I finally got in because I investigated the infamous "launch loop" bug with the software that progressively shut more and more players out of the casino, and reached a work around before Microgaming could come up with one, as well as identifying the main cause, which was the MUPDATE module and files. The solution was to find and delete two small files, and relaunch the software.

I was invited to a small dinner gathering in London, and one of the things I discussed with them was this very question of how players made it into Club Rouge. Shortly after, I got my own invite.

32Red DO actually bonus ban players if they think they are ONLY playing for the bonuses, and they make no distinction between whether they are winning or losing. I expect they look for players that only play when the bonuses come along, and withdraw as soon as WR are met. In theory, a Club Rouge player could be bonus banned, but have all the other benefits.

VM is correct= it is by invitation only and the specific criteria are unknown. You do have the option to write if you think you should belong but havent been invited. I was invited after a relatively short period but I play regularly reasonable to large deposits, play a mix of games and play consistently both with AND without bonuses ( and not token non bonus play but the same as for the bonuses).I also often exceed wagering requirements but not always and I am ALWAYS very polite to the incredibly helpful support staff.

I did ask them once about Club Rouge status and they told me that I am not allowed to ask them but they will invite me if I am worthy.

I am sure this is wrong, because it still says to email them if you consider yourself worthy. However, you should take the reply you received as a "no" for now, and don't keep pestering.

Well obviously I took it as a "no". It's just that they seemed annoyed that I had the nerve to ask them  And they were also unable to give a simple YES or NO answer like you will see below from the e-mail exchange I had with them:

Me:
Hi,
could you check my account and see if I would be eligible for Club Rouge membership? You don't give out very much what is needed for membership so that's why I am asking just in case.

32 Red:
Hello,

Thank you for taking an interest into our exclusive VIP Club Rouge
membership.

The management team check the accounts that they wish to invite to join
our Club Rouge members.

There is no specific criteria, and it does not matter how much you spend
to become a member of Club Rouge, and is entirely the decision of the
management to invite you via email.

I hope this information has been useful.

***

Me:
You forgot to answer whether I will be eligible for membership. That was kind the whole point of my e-mail.

32Red:
Hello,

Only the management team can decide whether you are eligible for the Club Rouge membership.

I will forward your account over to them to review and get back to you.

***

Me:

Ok, thanks for the info I appreciate it. It wasn't clear from your previous e-mail if you had already looked into my account history or not.

***

After this I received no reply even though they promised to get back to me so I asked again two months later:

Hi,
two months ago I queried about Club Rouge membership at 32Red. You told me that you will get back to me with your answer, but you never did (see your message below). So I ask again, could you let me know if I am eligible for Club Rouge membership?

32Red:
Hi,

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

As my colleague informed you by e-mail on the 5th January, our management team check the accounts that they wish to invite to be Club Rouge members, if you are lucky enough to be invited we will contact you by e-mail.

***

Me:
Hi, that's not what I was told on 5th January. If you read the message I was told that my account details will be forwarded for review and I will be contacted again with the response for membership which you never did.

32Red:
Hi there

Thank you for getting back to us.

Our sincere apologies if you were given incorrect information from my colleague, I can only re-iterate that if you are invited to Club Rouge, our Casino Manager will contact you by e-mail.

I hope that this clarifies matters for you.

32red will accept you as a vip even if your not that much of a high roller, However you have to be a regular client. I think they have one of the best VIP program available.

I'm pretty sure you have to make big deposits and not cash out more than you deposit in most of the cases.

Been with them for many years and lots and lots of deposits. But I cash out to much is my guess so I will never be invited. Stopped playing with them a month ago or so because I'm 99,99% sure they will never give me any vip status. Miss them a lot though. They are one of the best casinos, but they should have something between normal player and vip. I feel I did not get anything at all for making many deposits with them...

The MG casino I switched my main play to gave me vip after 3 weeks :)

In my experience, whether you cash out, or not, has nothing to do with it at all.
I think, as others have said, that they value consistent players, that deposit, and play and not ONLY play with their bonuses. Quite frankly....I'm quite sure, they don't give a rats ass whether you lose or win, as long as you're a returning customer.
32Red is one of the few places that understand, that winners are their bread and butter. No winners, no players.

I am a club rouge member fore about 3 or 4 years now.

And i got a mail after, i think one year of registration with 32red, never ask for it.

I deposit mostly between 25 or 75 and never take a bonus.

And as a member i get sometimes free chips and get 3 rubies for wagering 10 dollar (on tuesday 6 rubies on a few slots)

And with the inventation i got 5000 rubies bonus.
I play i think 15 or 20 days a month with red.
And if you are a member you stay a member no matter how much you play.

That's the only thing i don't like with 3dice, if you deposit a month or so less, you go down with your status.

It's the lack of set criteria that make it hard for CS to give a straight answer. You cannot review an account at CS level against non existent criteria, so all they can do is pass the request along. It is management that review PLAYERS (not just their accounts), and invite those they feel are most deserving. It is not the same as other VIP schemes where you progress by opening your wallet wider than other players.

When I discussed this with them at the dinner, I did also raise the point that non VIP players didn't even have what they take for granted elsewhere, which is loyalty points on their play. This has now been rectified, with the Ruby scheme having been extended to all.

The only obvious benefit of Club Rouge is the larger size of the bonuses, and recent increases in the amounts of these being given out have probably made Club Rouge membership much more attractive. Management have to be careful not to let "bonus hunters" in, so unlike other programs, you CANNOT manipulate the scheme through clever "deposit strategies".

If they are being inundated with requests to join, they are going to wonder why, and take more care over selection. They may even decide to favour players that do NOT ask - maybe it is one of those "trick question" traps. Although they say you can email, they could use this to see whether players are "rather TOO keen to join".

CM members can cut out the middle man, and PM Pat directly, although in many cases this will only mean he gets to say "not yet" directly.
