question about sticky bonuses?

I had played a sticky bonus and the games were restricted to slots. I played my WR and once completed I started to play some video poker and won a little bit of money. Am I not allowed to play any other games once I finished my sticky bonus wager requirement? I read the tc and bonus rules about this type of bonus and found nothing on their site. Needless to say my video poker was voided and winnings too because of these unseen rules. As a player that does not focus on bonuses to play at a casino I might not be aware of this sticky bonus, but Its driving me nuts I wasted time and had those winnings in that wasted time takened away. Hope someone can help explain to me what is up. thanks!

It depends on the casino.

It also depends on the whether the bonus was still part of your balance when you played VP i.e. if you met the WR and ended up with $600 but $100 of it was a sticky bonus, then you if you go play VP you are technically playing VP with that bonus even though you have met the WR on slots.

Some softwares will remove the bonus the minute the WR is met, and in that case I don't see the problem.....UNLESS there is a max cashout involved in which case it's another whole can of worms.

IMO once you have met the terms and the bonus has been removed, you should be able to do whatever you like as the money is 'yours'.

The RTG casino I played at, did not remove the sticky bonus or dont have a system in place to remove it i think. There is no max cashout. So yes after the wager requirement was completed, I did play video poker and then back to slots. What dissapoints me, is like what you just said about the casino removing the bonus once Im done with the requirements, that was not done on their end, and when Im playing Video Poker and other games after WR was completed. Even if I made a error which I was unaware of because nothing tells me about terms of what you do with your balance once you complete your WR. Im not only mad money was takened away, but the time i spend playing, its like nobody emails me or calls me, or contacts me in any way until the cashout is processed. What if I continued to play VP for days and hit a royal, or the winnings from VP I play slots and hit a random? Then when I hit cashout, thats when Im told its all gone cuz u suck and dont know the "sticky bonus" invisible rules because Im not a bonus hunter? Its so displeasing to know that CS doesnt help players when the "mistake" had occured. Im not even sure I even made a mistake at this point, but it boggles my mind as a reg player at this casino, they cant help me out and say hey you shouldnt be doing this on your sticky bonus.
