Hello everyone not suure if i'm posting this in the right place.

I self excluded myself from supercasino.com a while back as the site was rather poo. I recently joined jackpot247.com and won some money off them. I didn't realise that this jackpot247.com is also owed by supercasino. Having a few problems withdrawing just want any info whether I will get My winnings as I am Self excluded From the other site.

Thanks for any help or info.

Simple answer - read their 'responsible gaming' Terms and Conditions. Some groups like Cassava (888) will void winnings if self-excluded elsewhere in their group. Whatever the case, you'll at least get your deposit(s) back.

Cheers mate I will have a Look at it now.

Thank you. Tried speaking to CS but getting through by email or on chat is a joke.

Thank again.

Normally it depends on the reason why you closed the account.
If it was because of gambling problems and you told them that , then the other site will probably deny your winnings.
If that wasn't the reason they should pay you.

Can't even remember when I try to log onto supercasino.com it says account frozen Just looked at there responsible gambling:

When you self exclude, we can take steps to make sure that you cannot re-register with us and we will ensure that we will not send you any promotional material during your period of exclusion. However, we would also recommend that any player self-excluding should make use of available blocking software, such as Gamblock (www.gamblock.com) to prevent them from accessing other gambling websites and to extend their self exclusion status to any other gambling organisations they may frequent

Doesn't say anything about Joining sister sites so have to just wait an see I guess.

Hey just an update on what happened.

I Still couldnt get through on the phone or to there support via email. There chat was useless so like a fool I was bored an lost what I had won!
Decided I am going to close my account on this site because it is a joke. Don't know how they could not verify my address while i already had an account with there sister site!

Cheers guys!
