Hi my name is shon mumphrey,

I stated playing online casino games about a week ago it has been fun and i have won nothing lol. i can never get through the play through amount to be able to withdraw anything but yet i have had a great time.

last night i finally convince my wife to try and she sets up an account on her computer. enters in a code plays through the 2,200 she has to play through and then hits 5,500 i'm like seriously on your first night. well she is very excited. She contacts the live help to check her account and make sure she really won and its confirmed that the win is real, she is even more excited. the live rep lady tells her to submit info before she can make a withdrawal the only problem is it says she needs a copy of a utility bill or 2 all the utilities are in my name i'm her husband. she has everything else from bank statements, voided checks, pay stubs, drivers license, just no utility bills. She told the rep this but was referred to the finance department by e-mail and she sent an email to them explaining but she has not gotten a response back yet. what should we do. please help all. we are new at this.

This is always worrying when you are making a first w/d and it is easy to see this as the first obstruction to getting your winnings, which no doubt during this obstruction are 'reversible pending withdrawal' ......
In most cases though it isn't and a necessary check before paying (especially sustantial amounts) out. A bank statement is just as good as a utility bill especially if you have explained them the situation, for the purpose of address verification. I have utility bills paperless so can't scan them , merely print a screenshot off so have used bank statements in lieu as they serve the same purpose, especially if showing the transaction you made to the casino. It is also harder to get a bank account usually than a simple utility as they need ID. It the casino is OK you shouldn't have a problem. In fact your case is so common, along with people getting paperless online statements that by now the casinos should all have provisos in their docs processes....

Even more worrying is that most casinos only allow one account per household. With yourself and your wife both having an account, this may cause problems.

I've been caught out like that before (years ago) with myself having an account on one casino and my sis-in- law creating herself an account (as well) on my pc. We didnt know you couldnt have more than one account per household. Never actually made a withdrawel but would probably have run into difficulties if we had tried:cool:

That was my first thought.

@Shon: Did you and your wife both sign up at the SAME casino?
If so, you are probably in deep sh*t :(

Also, can you clarify; are you talking about Slots Jungle casino, or some other casino called Jungle Slots?

KK

Strange :eek2:: Just a little weird that 2 similar threads are made by 2 newbies on the same day:what: hmmm Makes ya wonder:cool:

ok they said that was enough info for her in what she sent

Now we wait for the verdict i guess. She just put in a request for a withdrawal. We sent the fax back info but never got a response. so she did a live chat with them and they said she is now able to make a wire transfer request. It will take up to 4 days. What are we exactly waiting for. Is this the part where they could deny her for the withdrawal? and it is called slots jungle. We have our fingers crossed they have been so nice in customer service at this point saying congrats on her win and everything.

They can still deny the winning if she has broken any rule.
You never answered the questions if you also had an account at the same casino?
If you have you're in big trouble, but if not, I see no reasons for them to deny it.

Was it a no deposit bonuscode that she used? You didn't say if she made a deposit or not in your first post.
If it was then there is probably a max cashout rule attached to it.
If the code for example was for $30 then with 10x max cashout, she can only get $300

I believe the max weekly withdrawal is $3000 at Slot Jungle Shon-apparantly it states this in the cashier.

They probably wouldn't have paid out if the answer to the following question is yes, though you may have got lucky-but I'm going to go ahead and ask again anyway seeing as you have completely ignored the 2/3 people that have previously asked you-did you both sign up at the same casino?

i don't think i did is the answer

not sure i don't see it in my computer but on the other hand i could have i played slots along time ago then started back up. messed up myself with all the rules and regulations. i have signed up at many now i have limited myself to only a few but weeks ago i was like this is so much fun. of course not know about rules and regulations

Your op and this post sound a little contradictory.

right no deposit code

no deposit code is what she used. then yes she made a deposit that same night the rules said something about you must make a deposit before a withdrawal can be made. but the coupon she used did not say max withdraw it did have a play though of like 2200 if i remember correctly but i could be wrong on the amount

Then please go back and talk to them and try to read all the rules on their website. It can be hidden in the normal T&C's. I don't believe they have a single no deposit that not have a max cashout attached to it.

sorry

Im sorry you feel that way this is my first forum ever and i am doing the best that i can trying to explain. pneforever. If you want me to be technical yes i played 1 online casino at least 2 years ago. only one then a few weeks ago i was surfing the net and found out about many online casinos i did not even think that there were so many out there. then i found out about bonus codes through another web site not knowing about rules and regulations. I just was playing not winning and not understanding that you should read before you play. I had no idea about them until my wife signed up on to the first one and wins. that's when we get worried because of the documentation they want. and the stipulations on everything. then i do research and see online casinos are good and bad. I learned that from this site that i stumbled upon. you might be a pro at all this but i am a newbie i wish i would have seen this site first then played at the casinos. then i would still be asking questions but at least they would be less contradictory

I'm no pro-just sounded a little strange thats all.

There might have been a max cashout on the coupon code,if not then its probably down to the $3000 weekly cashout rule they have there-especially seeing as the numbers you posted total $3k (give or take 2 cents).

If the latter the hardest part will be ignoring the leftover 2.5k for the next 7 days as to not play it all back.

found rules on website

Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. $50 given; max cash out = $250 (Random Jackpots are also included). The cashout restriction remains in effect until the player withdraws the winnings or the account balance is zero.

is this why they took the rest of the money?

That is the reason yes!
I know how you feel and it's an expensive lesson to learn. Almost every casino has a max cashout on nd bonuses, so if you try some more do read every rule before you play.
To be safe, pick only casinos that are accredited here at Casinomeister and you will have no problem getting paid, and have people backing you up and help you if you run into more problems.

Maybe you should just wait and see if it hits your bank...
From what I see it looks like the withdrawal of $2700 was originally declined and then RErequested by the MANAGER and then APPROVED by the MANAGER today. Furthermore, it looks like this money was won played from COMP points. So as far as I can tell it looks like a legit win and should be paid.
:what:

No they will not get all of it. Manager Withdrawal approved means that the casino is taking it.
It should have been $275 + $21 + $23 = $321, but maybe they played some after redeeming the comppoints and then it's down to $300 anyway.
He also stated that it was a no deposit bonus they played so 5x max cashout it is.

The bonuscode and the deposit is not showing, but they are there. The comppoints was also winnings from the nd bonus and some casinos don't allow people to keep on winning from that either.

Good to know, I too consider my self fairly new to some of this online gaming stuff.

He stated alot, like "but the coupon she used did not say max withdraw."
But it is all a little mixed up, as he said he is very new and really doesn't know what is what at this point.
