Hi Casinomeister! I posted in the complaint thread about this but thought I would ask your opinion on this. I won't repeat everything that I wrote in the complaints but will try to make it shorter. I used click2pay to fund my play at Riverbelle but they have said I owe them $100.00 wired to them immediately which was impossible because I don't have the means to wire money. They settled on withdrawing the $100.00 from my savings account which they did about 2 weeks ago. 2 nights ago a gentleman called on behalf of click2pay from a collection agency saying that I owe $200.00 to click2pay. Told him all of the above and he wanted proof sent to him which I did via e-mail. Is this unusual for click2pay to use a collection agency and have you ever heard of this before. Needless to say I will never use click2pay again. Through out all of this I was receiving very rude and nasty e-mails from them which really upset me so much that my husband had to call them and try to settle this.
