Resolved Quatro Casino! Will they let me cash in?

Hi everybody,

it´s been awhile since I posted the last time.
Mostly been studying in the last year or so. Hadn´t had much time for gambling

Today I got back in the game!

I saw an offer from Quatro Casino (Casino Rewards) promoting 100 Euros worth of scratch cards just to sign up.

I signed up and won 25 Euro from the promo. I deposited 1 Euro to verify my age..

Started plaing and won a little over 150 Euros from Slots and was close to finishing the wagering requirements. I asked Chat support if playing Blackjack would hurt my bonus, they said that it´ll be fine.

Now, I played a couple of hands Blackjack betting 10 Euro a hand and I now just read about their 25% bet rule.

Do you think that they will impose this upon my withdrawal (totaling about 400, about 80 euro profit from BJ) and confiscate my balance?

What should I do. Are they very strickt with that rule? In my case it isn´t like I was trying to "abuse" the bonus.. and i didn´t go very much over that 25%.


I would really appreciate if anybody´s got advice on that. Maybe even a rep from the casino group!

In my experience, they will most definitely impose the max bet rule.

I'm surprised that you didn't read the terms carefully, given that you have obviously had disputes with casinos before.

The fact that you had to ask the casino if BJ was ok to play shows that you didn't bother to read the rules. Support will answer your specific question....they won't tell you all about any other rule related to bonuses.

You were either lazy or careless, and you might pay the ultimate price.

I agree with what Nifty and Jennifer have said. If you have violated their max bet rule, then you can expect to have your winnings confiscated.

I personally would not use Casino Rewards partner casinos as I think they are quite messy.

Betting 10 Euro means you are betting 40% of the bonus amount. That's way and above 25%.
