Has anyone played a new casino - quasargaming.com, based in Malta?

They have Novomatic slots - I actually tried the casino after receiving an email about it from Novomatic. I found one review of it before I played which seemed positive enough. The playing experience itself was good - and I like Novomatic slots.

Requested a withdrawal on 6/12 - amount is still showing as reversible and payments as 'pending - and they are very slow at replying to emails, although very polite when they do (and there is no phone support). I sent off all the required verification, including a photo of me holding the card I was playing with, which I thought was a bit OTT.

Quasar Gaming is definitely a good casino, but since they just started it's normal that they have to improve their customer service etc.
I just hope they'll get more different games to their portfolio soon.

Withdrawal

Hi! I had also played several times with Quasar and all was fine. My withdrawal was processed immediately after i had sent the documents. Maybe yours was a bank transfer because those take longer usually...

Played there and overall was decent although but my cashout stayed in Reverse Pending for over 48hrs in my case - 47hrs and 59 minutes too long for me, so I closed the account and will continue to play the Novo slots elsewhere

Malta licence and owned by Novomatic, if I recall correctly. Greentube is in the same group.

I have to say novomatic slots are such great fun.

Its just a shame that this quasar place seems so slow to pay and bad with support, id definately open an account there if it was better run.

I should say that the above is not my experience, it is just what i have read

bluesq have them, and thats where I play them, but id like another place also.

upd: read some reviews on russian sites, all players comments is bad and that casino is cheating Still waiting webmoney for stargames...
