Quasar Gaming Blocking Countries same day notice & blocking account.

So i got message today suddenly late night that Quasar gaming are blocking Norway from playing, log in or acess anything on their website, on the same day without any prior notice.

I am so dissapointed in Quasar gaming you guys hav no idea. I Just became VIP player this monday after depositing over 20,000.00 Euro last 30 days and my cash back or VIP features are also suddenly dissapeared.

They even didnt notice me in advance that this going to happen, they told me to play more and became a VIP with all those benefits and just few days later block the account on same day notice and effeckting.

If i knew this i would never put a penny to risk from the start, or at least few weeks in advance, i was welcommed at VIP and promised many stuff on this date 13 June after had sick bad runs lately.



ON June 13, i finally become a vip player and got this email :

Thats out of order, I wonder if they knew this in advance and wanted to just take as much as they can of players?

Its rare that casino close to country's without prior notice.

They had to know about this long time before, so they could tell the casino engineer develop the system to block players from certain countires, but they didnt bother to notice players.

Right now yes, it does feel like they just wanted to take as much as they can before the ditch, i mean even my neighbour having party they notice everyone at least 2 weeks before.

And you know what? I starting to play quasar because i felt i could trust them, in gambling world the trust is everything, i wanted to play somewhere beside Stargames because they were slow to handle everything. But i got this instead :mad:

Got the same issue with Thrills/Superlenny. Since they launched their new sites they blocked Thailand with no warning whatsoever. Deposited some 15K last year and about 5K this year and suddenly i get their legal 'spiel' message when i try to log in :mad: :mad:

Even PM'ed their rep but nobody even bothered to answer :eek: :rolleyes:

You get the feeling that no casino/game provider does really give a "flying monkey" about us players. We are just good enough to hand over our "dosh" as long as it suits them :mad::eek:

Yeah it is annoying. I was a VIP player and for my birthday last year they emailed me saying I had a £200 NDB as a birthday present. Of course I couldn't log in and play it because UK banned :mad:

I wonder if its still there waiting for me :mad:

For players who are out of pocket, this is as clear as mud and not very satisfactory. They have not merely been stopped from playing, they have had benefits already earned retrospectively confiscated. No properly run business should get caught out like this, they should see the change coming and make an orderly exit with a decent period of notice for customers so that they can put their affairs in order, such as cashing in comps, completing promos, and submitting their final withdrawals before their accounts are closed.

It is a big problem with the industry that they repeatedly jerk players around like this with zero notice closures, misinformation, vague and often misleading explanations, etc. All it does is aggravate players and further reduce trust in this industry to treat their customers fairly.

I am sure some of the players you still accept are wondering "are we next?".

I think this wasn't Quasar's fault but rather the Novomatic as a provider. <snip>

Same thing happened to me about half a year ago, i was a vip at quasar, and then boom no notice before, just my country was blocked out from playing there. I really enjoyed the group and novomatic games, and i hate being treated like this. They handled the situation however as good as possible, so i could use my vip points (they have all sorts of merchandise), so i atleast got an android pad out of it, but it still sucked cos i liked it there.

I still think quasar should see these situations arise BEFORE the same day blockage, i mean players should have atleats a couple of weeks to do what they want, the abtrupt kicking out is a bit harsh. If it was novomatic, why i can still play in some sites with novomatic games......

If so, did Novomatic heavies turn up unannounced one evening, bust their way in, and disconnect their games?

If not, then the casino would have been fully aware that this was coming ever since Novomatic informed their clients that these restrictions were going to be brought in. This left clients with two options:- 1) Execute an orderly exit well before any cut off date, or 2) Keep quiet and milk those players due to be restricted for every last cent, cutting them off without notice at the very last minute in order that these players don't take it upon themselves to wind down their play and make an orderly and earlier exit from the site, which of course would end the revenue stream unnecessarily early.

Looks like they can. 2 days before they blocked my country as well I deposited 390EUR and as usually busted. The thing is they should have inform us about this move, like some one mentioned in earlier post!

Regarding Quasar gaming, I'm kinda satisfied they blocked us because I'll save a lot of money. Don't know how you guys but @Novomatic slots( at QUASAR) busted my bankroll for more than 50k EUR( managed to win 35k but then had 50k downswing w/o hitting anything bigger). On the end they didn't even responding on my requests about some statistics etc...


I personally decided I'll never ever play Novomatic slots!

I am in a dispute with them.
They did the same for Ireland a good few days ago.
From VIP to 0 because they just decided overnight to kick Irish players out. (Business decision).

Absolutely atrocious behaviour towards their loyal clients.

Well if they ever accept Irish players back I won't be one of them.
Enough choice these days when it comes to Novomatic Slots like Energy Casino.

Also no notice was given,just from one day to another my account was blocked.
Never even got an e-mail beforehand to let me know.

A reason for me to put this casino in my PERSONAL rogue pit.

Soon they don't have any countries left, from where the players can play their games. I still don't kind of get it, why energy allows people from almost everywhere, and quasar blocks countries all the time. I mean i would think, that more countries they close, the less income they get... Pretty strange business decisions.
