Quasar closing down for Swiss Players?

Hey Guys,

played there for a long time... Was besides Videoslots the only casino i left open because of the Novomatic uniqueness

Yesterday i logged in and it worked, today: "Residents of Switzerland may not login due to legal issues."

Asked Support, waiting for a reply.

All their activities are most probably established there (in Switzerland) and due to that, they banned all gambling activity from that country.

Mailed the Casino 1 minute ago because of this issue.

It`s a bit strange that they don`t informed the customers, but maybe it`s just a temporary issue (but I don`t think so).

Will give the rep a shout about this.

Received an e-mail from support... Would have been nice to be informed in advance and not just kicked out..... Disappointing!

With regards to the market closure, yes it was rather sudden but also beyond our control. We did send out an email to all players and if you had a balance in your account, naturally you are able to request a withdrawal.

The new restrictions applies for all players accessing our website from Swiss IP address.

If you have a remaining balance on your account, so you may still contact us via email on [email protected] in order to be refunded (If this happens to be your first payout we will process the payment to your bank account, so kindly also provide the full and correct bank details - Bank account holder name, Account number, SWIFT code).

All good! I've expected this on some point. Quasar was the only site seiss players were able to play Novomatic slots, those are blocked at all other sites. But as Novomatic is so strong in our landbased casinos i can still play them ;-)

Sometimes it's weird... WMS was a funny thing as well. Couldn't play them ever. Then they worked for over a year at some casinos and now they are blocked everywhere again.... Thank God NetEnt, MG and Co are playable everywhere for me
