QT????

Same here............ No $$$$. I did not get the email from QT, but I got a reply from a previous email about the delay. Fingers still crossed!

boy i am so surprised..

I sent email to QT yesterday regarding the players in this thread at CM and received the following:

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Please be informed that the withdrawals have already been processed, and sent to the users by our bank, if the users have not received the funds in 5 business days time after the withdrwal has been confirmed (sent), they should contact us, and our Banking Department will investigate the issue and advise the users.

However, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Okay, I'm confused...how is it that people who requested withdrawals a week after we did have the money in their accounts already??? I'm trying to be patient but this doesn't make any sense to me and every time I ask them a question I get the same answer. Your payment has been sent, blah blah blah...

So debzy what you're saying is it's been over 5 days since you got a 'sent confirmation'? Then I would email support@ or banking@qt (both?) and advise them it's been over 5 days since your confirmation and would they please investigate. Make sure you give them all the needed info regarding your acct, amounts, casino etc. In the meantime you might want to check thru some of the other qt and/or depositing threads to see if your bank is one of the ones rejecting things lately. pm me if you'd like. :)

Most of the people that have not received their payments have already contacted QT and were not satisfied.

The fact one person posted that they got a payment, does not make it true.

How many other folks (of the thousandS that have viewed this thread) have gotten a payment from QT in the last week?
PLEASE SPEAK UP>>>>

I am sorry, I was not calling you liar.

But it simply does not make sense, that you would receive a payment before people that had submitted their requests a full 10 days before you.

Also, if your bank rejects any wire transaction, they are REQUIRED to inform you of their action and give a reason and give you a chance to dispute their action. Banks don't just reject incoming monies and then not tell anyone.

How many of 'the thousands' have gotten a payment? Well no wonder they're slower than usual if they're trying to pay out to that many.
What do you want to do lots0? try to help with civil communication or just drive everyone into a frenzy?

Hi Felicie - I have contacted QT and continue to get the same emails from them - I got one this morning. Here is what it said:

Please be informed that your withdrawal request has been processed according to your instructions (Payment confirmation enclosed). We are however sorry to inform you that there was an unfortunate delay of the payment processing at our bank ABN AMRO Bank due to their local holidays last week (Netherlands).
If the payment instructions you have registered on your QuickTender account are correct your payment should hit your account on this week.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences.

There was no payment confirmation enclosed - I asked them where it was but they haven't gotten back to me. I suspect they will tomorrow. I understand what happened but what I don't understand is how two people on this thread so far have said they got their payment the next day. I sent them an email today asking how that could be when there are so many of us still waiting...no response yet.

I'm not trying to stir things up, I would just like an explanation. I really don't think it's my bank but I certainly don't want to call them and find out!

The Question of the Matter is. How many of you will continue to use QT if you eventually get your money? IMHO, OT is on shaky grounds. If you continue to play with fire you are bound to get burnt.

No problem deb we know you're not trying to stir it up lol I think however, your payment confirmation might be in the first sentence about it being 'processed'. This may be your only confirmation so save it for sure. By the sound of the rest of it, it would seem the holiday holdup is over and you're on the last step waiting for it to hit your bank sometime this week. don't forget, we were advised what use to be 3 to 5 days to hit your bank is now 5 to 8 days possibly.
It'll come this week I bet. :)

2 were paid the next day? I'll go re-read those two. BRB

Apparently what state you're in makes some difference. But I also have to note, most of you in this thread have NOT given them the possible 8 Business days including you lots0. confirmed 5 or 6th - you'll get it man! lol don't have a stroke. ;)

Was hoping to have good news this morning..... but nope!! Frustrating!!!

Here's the email I got.... same as everyone else!!!

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Please be informed that we are aware of the general delay in the withdrawals. Our management is currently working with our bank in order to investigate and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a definite time frame when your withdrawal is to be expected at your Bank Account at this time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and thank for your patience.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

What state you live in... That is ridiculous. Where are you getting this stuff from?

MY money is still not here as well.

FYI - It is well past the 8 business days for me. The 8 business days for me were up last Thursday.

I still ONLY see one person saying they got a payment. If people were getting payments they would be speaking up... but they are not... so no one is getting paid.

Call your bank.
Your not doing anything wrong or breaking any laws that I know of... your bank will tell you what is going on.

Also if for some reason your bank rejects the wire... the money goes right back to QT. It is not 'lost' or 'confiscated' and you should be able to make different arrangements with QT to get your funds.

But my bank has not rejected any wires, I know I asked them.

Your confused because you didn't read the post.
I said of the Thousands that have viewed this thread... you can easily see how many times this thread has been VIEWED.

All I am doing is exchanging information.

Seems to me your the one that is freaking out here.

I don't need to drive people into a frenzy... The FACT they have not received their money is driving them into a frenzy...
Why don't you be helpful to the members, or just stay out of it, rather than be some kind of a weird cheerleader for QT.
Again, just how much money are you waiting on?

I have had several withdrawals from QT without any problems .Of course counting the days just frustrate me cause they really dont know.
Wh there are the 4 steps when you request a withdrawal
1.New
2.processed
3.Ordered
4.Confirmed
From the confirm date , I imagine the money goes to a bank in germany, then to another bank in bangkok, then Nigeria then who knows where else before the funds hit your bank
So imagine 1000,000 folks with say 1000 to withdraw. Quicktender has your funds, if my 0's are correct, ONE BILLION dollars to invest in TBills for 4 days. They all do this crap even your local bank
In any event I would NEVER withdraw 15k at once 10k is a flag and the bank must report it.. So guys be patient stop rabble rousing We as members cannot do a thing. one post is enough.
Forgive my rambling here not ranting

I know all the steps.
The Bank is in Norway.
I also withdraw that much(usually more) on a monthly basis and have done so for years now...
Actually the reporting threshold for Banks is now $2000 for suspicious transactions, thanks to the Patriot act.

Okay, it used to be one day as new, one day as ordered, unless it was over a weekend, then one day as confirmed and the next day it was in my account. I've done this countless times and it's always always been the same, with one exception when it took one extra day to get to my account. Who knows why...could have been one of those holidays. It has never ever taken this long and I've been using Quicktender for years. First they say 3 to 5 days, then 5 to 8. What happens after the 8th day? Does it move from 8 to never? I don't believe any of us who have been waiting for over a week now have gotten their money. The only people who posted here that they got their money requested their withdrawals AFTER us. And then they got it right away. I don't know how many of us are still waiting, but it seems like quite a few. I'm not going to be in trouble if I don't get this money right away, but some people are. Regardless, it's seems very strange to me that the only excuse they have is that there was a holiday. They can't trace these wires and find out where they are? I have a hard time believing that.

here is a copy of my wire from qt and my qt statement ereased everything except where u can see i got paid...

hope this proves i am not making this up..just to stir things up

Thanks for posting that! I'm still jealous!! Wish I'd have waited until the 11th to withdrawal!!! :)

Never said I didn't believe you, I said it didn't make sense. :)

Maybe it is the amount... I see yours was under $160.00

I may be wrong about this, but all the people I know that are waiting are waiting for amounts at or above 1k.

Who knows... what the hold up is.

But there is a problem with QT... a big one.
If your putting money in QT right now... you need your head examined.. imo.

No matter what, this will my last transaction with them. I don't like when people screw with my money. I have already made other arrangements for the future, that actually cost less than QT.

Maybe one day I will find out what QT did with my money... But I sure as hell am not going to hold my breath waiting for it.

I requested a withdrawal yesterday and today I received the following email from QT

Please be advised that there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US bank. We are investigating the issue, and in the meantime have returned the funds back to your QuickTender Account.

This situation is beyond our control as it relates to the onward transmission of funds transmitted by our European banking partner.

Please be advised that we will do everything we can to resolve this situation.

In my QT control panel it shows the request as "Rejected by Operator".

I just got this in my email 4 minutes ago......

"Please be advised that there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US bank. We are investigating the issue, and in the meantime have returned the funds back to your QuickTender Account.

This was for my second payout request.
.....I am still waiting for my FIRST confirmed payout that was from 5/6.

Not good.

For those who dont understand, the message is basically saying that QT is having a "problem" with THEIR bank, not your bank.

I never had a problem with QT.
I hope I don't have this problem the next time I take it out.
I hope all gets what they have coming to them.
~T~
I changed the acct & that MTCN # so that no one has that info.

I took this on May 7th & it's in the my bank.
Withdrawal details

Change Date/Time: 05/10/2011 11:28:06
Status: Confirmed
MTCN: 2191111

Amount: 250.00

I don't think it was my bank, but it's certainly possible, although I've never had my bank give me any issues with them in the 2 years I've been using them. I'm going to try and get more information from QT on it to be sure.

LOOKS LIKE QT IS DONE

Just had this chat session with QT.

It is not good news.

You are now chatting with QuickTender Live Support

QuickTender Live Support: Welcome to QuickTender Live Support, you are chatting with Gundar. How can I help you?
me: do you have any ifformation about mymoney?
me: please be honest
QuickTender Live Support: Please wait a few moments; I’ll look into this for you.
me: not knowing is really getting to me
QuickTender Live Support: Unfortunately there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US bank. We are investigation this issue at the moment.
QuickTender Live Support: This situation is beyond our control as it relates to the onward transmission of funds transmitted by our European banking partner, however, note that we will do everything we can to resolve this situation.
me: OK where is my money?
me: I want it returned to the merchant
QuickTender Live Support: It seems that it was not processed by the correspondent bank, we are currently in the process of reversing the funds back to your QuickTender account.
me: do you have a time frame?
QuickTender Live Support: I am afraid that I cannot provide you with a time frame, however be assured that our teams are doing our best to fully investigate the issue and have it resolved as soon as it is possible.
me: like I said I would like my funds returned to the merchant
me: what do I have to do for this to happen?
QuickTender Live Support: As soon as the issue is solved and the funds are back in your QuickTender account, you will be able to transfer the funds back to the merchant. Please accept my sincerest apologies regarding this huge inconvenience.
me: I understand not your fault
me: I just wish you people would have been honest with me from the start.
QuickTender Live Support: Unfortunately we were unaware of the issues with the confirmed withdrawals due to the US corespondent until just recently, so we are so sorry for the incorrect information provided to you last week.
me: Thank You.

Well... that's not promising. Thanks for the update- at least you could get them on livechat. I have not been able to- perpetually "BUSY."

Frustrating, for sure. Bummer. I'm starting to get a little po'd, but, obviously there isn't a whole lot we can do. :(

Now I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with my bank.

According to the supervisor of all incoming international wire transfers to my bank. They have seen no incoming wires, They have rejected no incoming wire transfers.

The bank says you need the following to trace a payment on your end.

anyone of these numbers will do.
MIR#
IMDA#
CHIPS SSN#

None of these are provided by QT.

the one and only tracking number given to me by QT, that tracked anything, tracked a transaction that was for the correct amount that went to a bank in Bosnia...

Starting to think QT may have been hacked

Thanks for posting that! I'm still jealous!! Wish I'd have waited until the 11th to withdrawal!!! :)

I have been watching this topic carefully the last few days. I initially wanted to agree with Felcie about "let's not panic here" however I am concerned after reading the replies from QT posted by various board members, especially Lotso's. I have not contacted them myself because of the new waiting period that they have implemented and want to give them a fair chance.

For the record, I made a withdraw on May 11th and May 12th, two seperate transactions, $1800+ and $400 respectively. I am awaiting my funds still. I have never ever had a delay with QT nor any issues with my financial institution accepting the wire.

The last few posts are making my stomach queasy!!!:barf: This could be a nightmare for all of us.

Will update when I have any info.

I was part of the 'Let's not panic.' group.

I am no longer a member of that group.
There may actually be a problem present here.
Of course panic still doesn't help the situation.
But, I would definitely take precautionary measures from this point forward.

Well.... just got this as a reply to an email/contact form message (since live chat has been perpetually "busy.")

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Settlement Department.

Please be informed that the withdrawal fee will be refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any additional information regarding the mentioned issue.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Whooopdeeedoooo.

PS. Thank goodness for this forum, considering I can't call them! At least I have a place to vent!! :)

No Panic... we are just exchanging information about a subject near and dear to all of us.

But there is good reason to be very very cautious at this point regarding QT.

If it was hackers/embezzlers... I hope QT will make good the losses.
If not... well we are all most likely out some money...

I too am waiting on two withdrawals via QT, the first one being issued on the 10th, nothing in my bank at this point.
I also made a wire withdrawal from Intertops and have long since received it with no problems what so ever.
I will be more than sorely dissapointed if the funds from QT are not received, but I think from here on out I will stick with Intertops as I can use my debit and avoid QT all together.

E-mail sent and response in regards to all of these issues

No deposit yet

Hi everyone, thought I would add my two cents to the topic. I have read through this entire thread and it looks like I am in the same boat as everyone else.

I play at Rushmore Casino and problems with their withdrawals is another topic, however QT has always been reliable.

I requested an amount of $384 to be wire transfered to my bank on 5/5/11. It was "confirmed" by QT on 5/9/11. It is now 5/17/11 and I have yet to see a deposit.

I chatted with a number of live operators, sent e-mails to the banking dept. and received all the same canned responses as everyone else. They told me about the bank holiday and also said they are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

With the posts recently, am I understanding that the funds won't be sent out and will be returned to our QT accounts? What do you think the next step is?

Also if the funds are put back into our QT accounts, I've thought about putting it back into a Casino and withdrawing from there but a lot of Casinos make you withdraw via the same deposit method. Does anyone know of a reputable Casino for U.S. players which might let you deposit with QT and have a check sent? I'm just looking at other options.

IF I receive my withdrawel back into my QT account, I will ask CS (at probably Inetbet or JC and MAYBE CW ....that's another story) to wire it straight to my bank account, if I win of course???????. If not?, then screw em all.

I'm done.

If you were to redeposit into a casino you would have to

A do it at rushmore and explain the situation first - before you deposit it back with them.

B deposit at a different casino and play on it for awhile or they can consider it money laundering.

If there is a situation with QT I'm sure most casinos or reps are aware of it by now.

If there is a rep that is willing to advise us with any info please do thank you...

whatever... you just made me have to find out how to ignore people on this new software. I really aint got time for this kinda catty back and forth crap. You don't like what I say or how I say it... please feel free to use the ignore function as well. :)

I don't know if this means a hill of beans about anything but I had a conversation with a casino rep early about withdrawing (I have one and didn't want it to get caught in cyber hell) and the recommendation was wire directly or check by courier.

I opted for check because of the time frame involved. If my bank's going to be pissy about a check, they will be pissy about a wire.

Like I said, don't know if this means anything but that's what I was told. Take it for what you want.

You guys may want to take a look at this....

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Some are wondering if it should be considered rogue.
I would not go as far as saying that, but something serious is definitely afoot.

I do agree that it would be very poor judgment to deposit at QT/UMW until this issue is completely resolved.

Q. Who makes a deposit to a bank with no sure way to withdraw?
A. NO ONE.

What Casino? And would they let you deposit via QT and withdraw via Check? I'm trying to figure out what the best course of action is if money is returned back into our QT accounts.

I agree Felcie, location does not seem to matter. A lucky couple seemed to have received their funds and from what I can gather the only commonality is they were for significantly smaller amounts.

I for one appreciate your input and quite frankly agreed with your opinions posted earlier in this thread, hence my lack of input until today.

This is frustrating for all of US players. What pisses me off the most was I had to contact QT, was quite blunt in wanting an honest answer. Standard reply shot off and am wondering well, when we're they gonna tell me and others? I had to inquire first just like most of us in the same boat! Even more infuriating is the fact that I was (until now) actively depositing with them for play online and they knowingly are taking our funds without answers if we can ever get them back via this process. That's a tad deceptive, don'tcha think? Bet those funds come right out of my account tomorrow like they normally do. So if the issue is with their European processor, how come they are able to take our purchases? I don't get it.
