made a withdrawal from qt on 5/11 confirmed on 5/13...keep reading this post and checked with qt & was told it should be in my account on the 20th ....for some reason i checked my bank just 5mins ago & it is there....

Okay, I'm confused...how is it that people who requested withdrawals a week after we did have the money in their accounts already??? I'm trying to be patient but this doesn't make any sense to me and every time I ask them a question I get the same answer. Your payment has been sent, blah blah blah...

Most of the people that have not received their payments have already contacted QT and were not satisfied.So debzy what you're saying is it's been over 5 days since you got a 'sent confirmation'? Then I would email support@ or banking@qt (both?) and advise them it's been over 5 days since your confirmation and would they please investigate. Make sure you give them all the needed info regarding your acct, amounts, casino etc. In the meantime you might want to check thru some of the other qt and/or depositing threads to see if your bank is one of the ones rejecting things lately. pm me if you'd like.![]()

Hi Felicie - I have contacted QT and continue to get the same emails from them - I got one this morning. Here is what it said:
Please be informed that your withdrawal request has been processed according to your instructions (Payment confirmation enclosed). We are however sorry to inform you that there was an unfortunate delay of the payment processing at our bank ABN AMRO Bank due to their local holidays last week (Netherlands).
If the payment instructions you have registered on your QuickTender account are correct your payment should hit your account on this week.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences.
There was no payment confirmation enclosed - I asked them where it was but they haven't gotten back to me. I suspect they will tomorrow. I understand what happened but what I don't understand is how two people on this thread so far have said they got their payment the next day. I sent them an email today asking how that could be when there are so many of us still waiting...no response yet.

Your confused because you didn't read the post.How many of 'the thousands' have gotten a payment? Well no wonder they're slower than usual if they're trying to pay out to that many.

I know all the steps.I have had several withdrawals from QT without any problems .Of course counting the days just frustrate me cause they really dont know.
Wh there are the 4 steps when you request a withdrawal
1.New
2.processed
3.Ordered
4.Confirmed
From the confirm date , I imagine the money goes to a bank in germany, then to another bank in bangkok, then Nigeria then who knows where else before the funds hit your bank
So imagine 1000,000 folks with say 1000 to withdraw. Quicktender has your funds, if my 0's are correct, ONE BILLION dollars to invest in TBills for 4 days. They all do this crap even your local bank
In any event I would NEVER withdraw 15k at once 10k is a flag and the bank must report it.. So guys be patient stop rabble rousing We as members cannot do a thing. one post is enough.

Okay, it used to be one day as new, one day as ordered, unless it was over a weekend, then one day as confirmed and the next day it was in my account. I've done this countless times and it's always always been the same, with one exception when it took one extra day to get to my account. Who knows why...could have been one of those holidays. It has never ever taken this long and I've been using Quicktender for years. First they say 3 to 5 days, then 5 to 8. What happens after the 8th day? Does it move from 8 to never? I don't believe any of us who have been waiting for over a week now have gotten their money. The only people who posted here that they got their money requested their withdrawals AFTER us. And then they got it right away. I don't know how many of us are still waiting, but it seems like quite a few. I'm not going to be in trouble if I don't get this money right away, but some people are. Regardless, it's seems very strange to me that the only excuse they have is that there was a holiday. They can't trace these wires and find out where they are? MY money is still not here as well.
FYI - It is well past the 8 business days for me. The 8 business days for me were up last Thursday.
I still ONLY see one person saying they got a payment. If people were getting payments they would be speaking up... but they are not... so no one is getting paid.
So fleice... just how much money are you waiting on? 5k 10K?

I don't know if this means a hill of beans about anything but I had a conversation with a casino rep early about withdrawing (I have one and didn't want it to get caught in cyber hell) and the recommendation was wire directly or check by courier.
I opted for check because of the time frame involved. If my bank's going to be pissy about a check, they will be pissy about a wire.
Like I said, don't know if this means anything but that's what I was told. Take it for what you want.
