QT????

Thanks for the encouraging words, Felicie...but.

The real 'lol' moment in this is having a name like QUICKtender, and having to wait 2 business weeks to get paid. But, I guess it's not terribly funny for those us who are not receiving their payout right now. But, I digress.

I've never had one problem with QT but I can see that right now could be a pretty dicey time for them processing US payments. Of course, they could be running for the hills too but unless and until they show rogue behaviour, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

We can't shoot the only goose laying the golden eggs for US right now even if she is slow. The last time I looked at QT, it stated in red letters above the withdrawal option that it could take 3 days to process and 5 days to get to your bank.

After the day I have had with my bank, I wouldn't tell them a damn thing and would believe nothing they told me. (I am way beyond pissed at Wells Fargo at the moment so this comment is my personal opinion.)
 
Well here is the problem I see with QT right now? If you deposit using QT most casinos make you take your wins back thru QT. I am grateful that I used another method to deposit at the casino this weekend. I was able to deposit a different way and withdraw using check method from casino. I received check in mail today. If people get spooked by the fact QT has slowed down there withdrawals I can see there deposits slowing down and wonder if funding would still be there.
 
Ok guys... I am in the same boat. I am waiting for a wire transfer from QT which was submited on the 4th. The status is listed as complete. Usually all my withdrawals from QT have hit my bank account 1-2 days later.

This is kinda scary cuz I was one of those that got their money stuck in Villento. Hope I don't have to go through that all again. It's like a rollercoaster.... you're getting your money..... NO, your not..... you're getting your money..... NO, your not.....

Keep us updated if you guys have received your wire transfers.
 
QT has taken 7 working days for me from the day of my request for a withdraw. Almost always. If I withdrew on a Friday, my funds would be in my account at the bank on the following Friday.

Every once in a while It would clear in 5 days (Request on Monday in bank by Friday) but I have NEVER gotten my funds in less than 5 days from the time of withdraw request...usually is more like 7 days.

So those of you that have received your funds quicker...I say I envy you but do not stress...If QT was going down, many more would be more concerned I believe. I will say this, I have NEVER left any more funds in QT than I wasn't willing to lose...Just in case..Caveat always..

This is conversation from 2 min ago . live chat was on so I tried to get info this is what they said hope it may help some of you, don't know if you want to believe or not.
 
I am wondering if it delays only pertain to the west coast. I have had 3 withdrawals from quicktender in the past 2 weeks. When they sent it, I had it in my bank the very next day.

What I did notice now though is that your withdrawal requests stays as "ordered" for 2 or 3 days before it is confirmed. It use to be 24 hours. I have another withdrawal that was confirmed today, I will let you all know when I get it.

I am one of the believers of not talking about payment methods in forums where it is searchable not hidden. I would not want to draw attention to the one method we have left. If it now takes 8 days so what as long as I get the money I will just learn to plan for the time frame.

I also don't think it is right to paste private chats, I most certainly would not post a chat with my entire name shown to the world wide web to identify me but that is just me.

Well here it is the last morning to wait and no money.

QT sends me a bunch of numbers and tells me my Bank has already received the money and there done with the transaction.

This is a big part of my income, not just my gambling money. I am truly screwed.

I know its hard, bc there seems to be all this misinformation provided by QT... But try to be a lil more patient. There is sometimes a period once the sending bank has sent the funds, and before the receiving bank has received them... Think about ur money as a ball being thrown from one person to another... In this case, QT has thrown the ball to ur bank over here, and maybe the money is just spinning towards its target in mid air... The ball spends a lot more time in the possession of the thrower and the catcher than it does in midair, but the seconds that the ball is airborne can be nerve racking....

I am a serious hypocrite for even suggesting this, but try to find something else to do for most of the day...

Many banks have system 'refresh' periods that during which, only one phase of a transaction can be processed... For example, ur bank has accepted the transfer into its pile of transfers received... Now they must actually process the information, verify the funds are behind it, and sort out what implications that has for their internal organization...

I know with by two main banks, WF updates or refreshes its information by 6am PST every morning, while HSBC refreshes like clockwork between 12am and 2am PST every morning...

Of course, its a weekend now, so unless the transfer is processed today, and tonight/tomorrow mornings refresh period reflects ur funds, its gonna be Monday before you can get a good answer...

The likelihood of Quicktender or their bank, and your bank for that matter, flat out stealing your funds is unlikely... And in my experience, while these maybe the signs that QT is headed towards the same fate as EWX and EcheckUS and other processors, I have never experienced a processor going to such extreme measures to 'fake' sending the money... If it was to be 'stolen' on the QT side, they would have done it and ignored you days ago...

I hope you can get ur mind off of these delays... I know I have a $5900 w/d from QT which I am waiting for, (and it was held up by Villento for 3 weeks, so its been a nightmare) so I can tell you, I am writing this reply with much hope that I too can calm down and just get my mind onto other things; the money will come sooner or later, and so will a stroke if I don't, relax a little bit...

I know that when I was using Wired Plastic for QT withdrawals, if the wire was not in their hands before 10:00am PST they didn't post it until the next day. If it hit during their weekend, it didn't post until Monday.

So before you get all wired up, take a deep breath and hang in there until Monday. I am not patient either and have been know to fire up if something doesn't happened when I am told it will but in this situation, patience may be a virtue.

I got told the same thing(to be patient) when I FIRST started talking about Neteller lying to me about a withdrawal when they split the US...
There are even some threads around here about it.

That sounds promising, in particular the bit about the every-5-year holiday - it seems like something that would be easy to overlook/not know, maybe.

Apparently they did in fact have a two day holiday:
04 May National Remembrance Day
05 May Liberation Day (official holiday every 5 years)

In my opinion only... I am thinking one of the following scenarios could have happened:

1) Because of these holidays and the fact that tons of people may have finally been paid by Villento/RichReels via QT all on the same day (May 4th), they may have been a little back logged thus making the wires a little slower than the norm.

2) The QT accounting dept is all jacked up and/or they are gonna just keep our money.

3) That ball that all4greed had talked about was suspended in mid air between QT and my bank and U.S. government intercepted and snatched my ball.


So of coarse i'm gonna go with scenario #1.
That has got to be what is happening right?
 
Here is a response to an email I sent to Quicktender, which was answered very quickly, by the way.

Please be informed that only our banking team can provide you with the confirmation of the payment, however, they are out of the office until Monday.

Maybe it is also worth mentioning that the 4th and 5th of May were national holidays in Netherlands (this is where our bank is located), so it is possible that it has affected the time frames of the payment processing.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.


I honestly don't think they're trying to pull anything and I'm certainly willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm not in a big rush for my money as long as I get it eventually.
 
I really do hope I am being paranoid and this delay is just a freak coincidence of timing.

No matter what thou, I will have to wait till Monday or Tuesday... maybe Wednesday or next week... :(

I am going to work in my garden all weekend, weather allowing. Hopefully my garden will keep me busy and my mind off this crap most of the weekend.

You guys are all alarmist!!! Geesh I know you probably have tons of money coming to you So there was a glitch . If you never had problem in the past so give a chance...If funds are seized by DOJ, THEN REALLY NOTHING YOU CAN DO
I wish casinomeister would have a sound on the forum and whenever a thread like this comes up a bell or siren would go off
 
Im still waiting too.

I have decided not to worry also. Im sure it's coming. I dont get the impression that QT would just run and fold. I honestly believe that they are just a bit backed-up due to the Holidays in the Netherlands. So, just add an additional 2-3 days to your time frame.
In the meantime, like others have suggested I am simply going to do something else.

BUT, I am a little bit bothered because I really wanted to play at InetBet today. Friday 13th has always been an extremely lucky day for me. InetBet, can thank QT for some of us not playing as much as we may have wanted to.

I think that they know that the situation is a bit tenuous right now. Let's give them a bit of breathing room to iron out any kinks they may be having with their process. We are ALL going to get paid. We just need to exercise more patience.

I won a small bit at Inetbet ($495) on 5/2 , my request was made on that day.
QT actually confirmed it on 5/6. I expected it to be in my account 3-5 days after.
It is now, 5/13 and I am still waiting. So, I'm speaking from a place of patience even now. But, if we all allow ourselves to get too worked up over this, we may whittle down one of the few options we have left in the US to get paid.

Yeah... mine was also confirmed May 6 at 07:12:12. I have not received mine either. All of the many many withdrawals I have done through QT it was always within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Thats the part that has me a little freaked out.

I bet it will be here Monday... yeah... Monday is the day! :rolleyes:

Thank you for letting us know LHofsdal - now what I find puzzling is that LHofsdal got their withdrawal the next day, unless I'm mistaken, so it would seem they are back on schedule. So that makes me wonder what happened to our withdrawals? Are they just stuck somewhere?

I forgot to tell you guys that I got an email from QT on Friday deeply apologizing for the delay. They did in fact reiterate that there was a special Holiday where the bank is located. So, this in turn slowed the process a bit. Everything is going to be fine.

As a matter of fact, if you look back in the archives of this very site you will see where this situation had occasionally occurred in the past. And QT is still alive and kicking! Like any business that does ALOT of business where accuracy and accountability severely matters, the machine will sometimes 'glitch' for lack of a better word. This was one of those times.

Things are back on track now.

But, the resolve to be patient is better than needlessly pulling my hair out. As it will not make the money come any faster. And, for the record, some of the people in this very thread just posted that they got paid already. Before weeks end, we all will be paid. And, it will be fun and business as usual.

Think about it... No problems with QT in YEARS... Then just after Black Friday.. we have delays of longer than a week... Evolving excuses from QT...

I remember Neteller lying to me by telling me they had no idea why my payment was delayed... when they knew damn good and well the US DOJ had already seized my money and a lot of other folks money... No nothing to be concerned about.

I do hope my money is here tomorrow, but I wouldn't bet on it... and after all I am a Gambler.

Have my fingers, toes and eyes crossed in hopes you will receive your money soon! I sincerely hope QT isn't going the Firepay, NeTeller, Click2pay, Ewalletxpress route. If they do, that won't leave ANY "reliable" ewallets for the US player. Bogus ewallets will start popping up left and right, I hope everyone starts to really question if the "risk" is worth it anymore...

Nothing yet for me either.... I did not receive an email, but, I was told that information last week through live chat and such. On Friday, they did send me the "details" of the transaction, but, I'm not sure how much help that will be. I'm not going to worry TOO much for another day or two, but.... Fingers crossed that it hits today or tomorrow am!!!

According to my Bank, the wire transfer details QT provides are useless.
The ONLY party that can trace payments is the originator of the transaction, in this case QT. So the numbers are useless to anyone but QT.

The people that received this email contacted QT via their online form.
I did both email form and chat...
