QT????

i havent heard anything but i see a couple charges hanging in the pending side of my cc page longer than useual might be from the holaday ?/:confused:
 
I have not been able to deposit to my QT for 2 days..Anyone else having a problem??

All I can think of is:

A) available funds in your account for funding
B) possibly your financial institution is now blocking the charge

I personally have not used QT in a week so I am unsure. Just speculation on my part. Good Luck and let us know when you get an answer.

I think you are right. I think it is my bank blocking the transactions!!!
 
QuickTender down for maintenance

As of 3:30 am EST, QuickTender is down for maintenance. I was unable to deposit at Slotastic, and was informed of this. The QuickTender home page says the same...

Hi - I had money in QT that I requested be sent to my bank. It was being held up, they said, because of the Easter Holiday. Yesterday they told me it would be released. I went to their site this morning to see if it had been released and their site is now down - no money in my bank account, either. I wonder if QT is down for good based on all the nonsense with closing out gaming sites for USA players.
I remember when this happened with Ewallet Xpress -
So - I guess I just lost my money! ?
 
OMG... okay, so I thought everything was OK, until I see that my balance is ZERO and my Visa card has been charged with the 'pending' deposit plus fees

Weird... after I made the deposit, it said that my funds were transferred in to my acct.
However, when checking my QT reports, this deposit is NOT showing.

ok those pending charges went through today :thumbsup: plus i think those Q T peeps are pretty sharp let them do the driving
 
Im also a little concerned.

I requested a withdrawal back on May 2 at InetBet which was successful. Then, I checked my QT it shows cleared on May 6. BUT, the funds have yet to reach my bank account. I also want to add that, InetBet is great. At first had my doubts with others who were complaining, but I think they are just fine.
QuickTender, however is proving to be "slowtender" at this time.

......im still waiting for my money to reach the bank. It's now, May 11. *sigh*
I have decided to hold off on playing in any casino until the funds actually reach my account. I think this is fair considering the amount of drama happening with US casinos right now.

Is it normal for QT wires to take this long? :(

No it's not. I am having the same exact problem. I received the conformation on the 6th. In the past I would have had the money in my account the next working day which would have been last Monday.

I tried but, I kept getting a stock answer from chat (seemed like a robo response), I specifically asked about delays and received no comment. No response to email queries either... :mad:

This whole thing reminds me of NT... and that aint good.
 
Having the same problem here - I don't think it's QT, I think it's the banks. Something has changed somewhere - it's like a switch was turned on and suddenly the banks won't allow anything in or out. Mine was confirmed on Monday and should have been in my account yesterday, but nothing then or now. Hopefully it's just a delay and the banks aren't rejecting wire transfers now...
 
Well I wish I would have saved live chat then. Like I said I had a withdrawal that was sent to qt by mistake so I asked them how long and she said at least 8 days. So hoping that helps somewhat. I heard that and redeposited into casino and had them do ach they told me 3 days so holding breath to see.
 
QT is on shaky grounds. It's just a matter of time. Before they become they way of NT, Ewallet Express, Echecks, etc.

I hope ya'll aren't keeping any money in this place. Because you are truly gambling.

unfortunately I agree. However, they seem to be acting more safely and securely than EWX did. Still, it would seem if history is any indication that having thousands in a QT account is not a wise move at this point.
 
My Bank is in process of running a trace on the mtcn number I was given by QT.

I can tell you all without a doubt, that it is NOT my Bank that is holding up the wire.

I should have the trace results first thing in the morning.
 
Mine says confirmed bank withdrawal - I wonder, does that mean confirmed that it was sent to the bank or confirmed that the bank accepted it?
the confirmed message that shows in your QT account means nothing other than that they(QT) have processed the payment.

When they send you the email with the MTNC number, that is supposed to mean that the money is actually in the Money Transfer Network and on its way to your bank, hence the MTNC tracking number.

Okay well I do have an MTCN number so I guess that's a good sign.

I have had no problems with QT in the last 3 years however your info indicates there
may be reason for concern
I do have 3 transfer to make to QT, but your post"alarmed" me so will wait for your monies to be safely in your bank

I don't mean to alarm anyone - just that normally the money is in my account the next day - I do remember a time a while back that it took longer so I'm not worried yet - if I don't have it in the next couple of days I might worry though. I've seen that others are experiencing the same thing I am so it could be any number of things. I have noticed that I can't deposit anywhere right now like I used to which means my bank is being a pain. I don't believe it would refuse a wire transfer, but I just don't know. It could be that the wires are loaded up right now so it's taking more time. I will definitely let you know when I receive my money.

Yes. I hope all those accounts of yours don't have too much money in them, including the ones in your name.

I would also caution anyone against using moneylinewallet as they have a dodgy past and are the kind of operators that could up and run off with your money in a flash.
 
According to my Bank the MTCN number given to me by QT is nonsense, it is not even in the correct format for an international wire transfer.

I spoke to qt support this morning. They confirmed that the MTCN number is only for their internal tracking.

QT did stand by the 8 days withdrawal time. 3 days processing and 5 days for the actual transfer.

One way or another... This will be my last transaction with QT...

Im still trying to be patient until today is done(thur) with Friday being my '8th' day.
I have heard so many good things about QT, im kinda stunned to be honest. This situation is slowly discouraging me to even play online any more. But, I dont want to rush to judgement just yet. In all fairness to QT, when I live chatted yesterday they told me it would be in my bank Thursday or Friday. I just checked my bank today and it has not arrived yet......

I was told at 9:00 am my time that I still had 30 hours to wait till QT would give me the real tracking number. :mad:

I have been using QT for over 2 years. This is the first time I have had any problems at all. First time there has been a delay.

I have been using QT for over 2 years. This is the first time I have had any problems at all. First time there has been a delay.

It seems that QT have been "faking it" all along with the so called tracking numbers they have been giving out. When things went smoothly, no-one noticed, and no-one really wanted to ask questions if they got their money on time.

It seems their admission that these are merely "internal" tracking numbers was wrung out of them when they became aware that customers suffering delays and the BS that it was their banks that were the cause of the delays were actually CONFRONTING their banks on the strength of this BS, and asking the banks WHY their wires were not being put through to their accounts.

It seems that when QT are saying wires have been "sent", they have actually NOT really been sent, but merely "allocated" to be sent when QT (or their intervening processor) sees fit to do so.

No doubt, the delay is caused by a slowdown in the process of sending the wires allocated by QT. This could be down to a sharp loss of processing capacity, so that they cannot fit the volume requested through the daily/weekly limits imposed by their working practices and agreements with processors, and thus we have a "traffic jam" of wires, which results in a longer journey time.

It could be nothing more than this, but MIGHT also be a sign that the system has become severely stressed, and is losing it's ability to function. If this has been triggered by the recent DoJ crackdown, this is not something that will get fixed overnight.
 
Patience has never been something I shine at a lot but If I was fortunate enough to have a withdrawal coming thru right now, I might consider all the recent events and try to have a little more of it for one of the few options left to us. Over the last few years I've had to ask QT to track a couple of payouts that seemed lost and since they clearly state on emails to notify them in the first instance of a problem and not your bank, that is what I've done and have had no problems. I am sure QT is doing everything they can to get your money to you - that is what they do and notifying your American banks of a problem with a casino payout right now might not be the smartest thing to do. imo And what was that, a Federal Tracking No. the bank said to ask for? Not me I sure wouldn't lol.
