I decided that maybe a QT account was worth opening especially with EWX's limit of $5K/week only being allowed to be transfered to one's bank account @ $150 a pop as WB refers to. And EWX gets in no rush......So logistically a casino may send you (EWX) $4K/week, then you wait approx. another 5 to 7 biz days on EWX. A nice win even with a casino that pays a big win in full to you (EWX) still could take months for EWX to disburse to one's B.A......I know we have been told not to play so I am well aware of the risks I take in not being paid and the more time it takes (especially being required to use an e-wallet) the more risk of not being paid (See Bodoglife??). Not knowing Jack about the particulars of QT, I decided I would activate an account at QT and start reading to see if it might somehow lessen my risk.

Can I have those 5 or 6 hours of my life back?..... Contact one of the casinos that has issued an invite, casino sends link and USERNAME via email to moi. Error code given on USERNAME upon attempting to activate.......Contact casino who says all correct. Wanna see my screenies and retract that statement???.....Nevertheless, casino then sends a new link and USERNAME anyway, activation occurs, enter personal info and get notice email addy already in use so account rejected. WHO GAVE QT MY E-MAIL ADDY AS WELL AS MY PERSONAL INFO. AS I HAVE NEVER MENTIONED OPENING A QT ACCOUNT UNTIL Y-DAY???? QT then sends email with a third link and USERNAME that states or implies I need to use my already assigned long ago USERNAME as well as update my personal information. HUH??? and ftr, 3rd time works like a charm (cliche intended).......Start sleuthing and tie the USERNAME to CASINO REWARDS where I once had an account with BJBR only but closed it approx. 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. Sleuthing, I found 2 emails from QT dated May and June 2008 (that I filed as spoofs) that directly tie to CASINO REWARDS supplying my personal information to QT. I do not read this section much so this may be S.O.P. but that is of no material fact as far as I am concerned......Group hugs, non pour moi.....No further comments!!!

Here's my take on this. I think that when a casino issues the invitation to join QT, they send in your information to QT.

I got my invite from Riverbelle when QT can into being. QT already had all my info. All I had to do was enter a code or something and all was good.

Kinda blows the "We don't trade info" thing doesn't it?

Fine and I can even see past your point but unacceptable for a casino that in fact I closed my account long ago......... As Robwin says "follow the money".....Ethics are out, BS is in (not in anyway directed at you Annie)....I am going to an affiliate site for a few.....maybe I will be allowed back but no group hugs:thumbsup:

Nash,

It's not right but it happens. Our personal right to privacy of any kind disappeared with the internet.

There is a site on the web that will give out all your personal information including the price of your house for a cost as low as $5.00.

Nothing is private anymore. If you can tell me how to stop my private life becoming everybody's business, I would greatly appreciate it.

:D

If you look through previous threads some months ago, you'll find that I posted about a casino (forget which one) that was opening QT accounts without asking if you wanted one in the first place. They claim that they only send your name and email address to them, but who knows.

I recall that thread also........you are right, it has been mentioned before.

I suppose it's just an illusion that we sometimes stupidly believe, that there actually is any privacy left.

Could you have once had an Ecocard account in the past, before they restricted it from U.S. players? That would be my first guess.

No, never had an Ecocard account!!.......I do need to correct one mistake I posted in regards to EWX as I stated EWX limits transfers to one's own bank account to a maximum of $5000/week (and I actually would wait the week to contact EWX) but last night I noticed that it said $5000/daily which it has always probably been daily and I just had it in my aging mind wrong...The $150.00 fee per pop still applies though!!!!
