Resolved Lucky Casino log-in issues.

Couple weeks ago I went on Lucky Casino (luckycasino.com) and deposited. The site used to be a "normal" casino but is now a PNP (pay and play). So I simply deposited without logging in, and I should've been able to play.

Instead, the deposit was taken from my account but I was kicked out of the login session with some error that my username/password are incorrect. ???? I didn't even use my username/password to login obviously.

You can login to pnp casinos by using your bank details. So did just that, and it still didn't let me in. Now saying that my account has been disabled. I went on live chat who said he can't do anything but will forward it to an appropriate team. Apparently account gets disabled after several failed login attempts. I'm still questioning how I can have a failed login attempt when I'm not even using account/password.

It took several days to get an automated email with a password reset link. I don't even know why I got one, but I presumed it would mean my account is now activated again. They never sent me a personal email. I used the link, changed my password, and then I logged in with my username/password instead of banking details.

I was logged in but met with a screen that said that their Terms and Conditions have changed and I had to accept them. When I clicked accept, there was an error. When I clicked accept two times more, my account was disabled again?! And again, I couldn't login.

I was pissed off at this point so I went to the live chat and said I want my deposit refunded and my account closed. The chat promised I would hear from the management about the refund of my deposit when a decision has been made (?!). I never heard from them. It's been like two weeks now. Today I got a password reset link (again) in my email, no personal email whatsoever. I figured I'd try the stupid link and behold, my account is activated again BUT, I STILL can't login. I changed my password again and I just get another error code upon login.

Tl;dr is that I can't login to the site be it with bank details or my own details, and they have my deposit. They've not refunded me and they never respond to any of my emails or get back to me as the chat promises. What the fuck am I supposed to do? It's only a deposit of 25€ so hardly something I'd do a PAB over but out of principle I refuse to give up until they've refunded me.

Aaand mysteriously I finally heard back from them. Surely has nothing to do with this thread. Yet the fact remains I couldn't login because the Terms and Conditions simply cannot be accepted. I got that quickly sorted out today though and finally managed to play, win and withdraw.

All's well that ends well I guess? Except not really. Not happy with the level of customer service I got at all, and if a customer has to post a complaint on a forum for casino to start caring about them, there's something seriously wrong.
