QT and (certain) Rival Casinos

I never start anything unless I think it's worth sharing....if anyone is looking for a QT withdrawal don't hold your breath. They have "issues" and I did PM the rep to see what is up. I received an email about my withdrawal request from the 21st and they said they had no estimated timeframe. So, of course I called and the gentleman basically said the same thing. This is just a heads up for anyone waiting on one....we shall see. I have to add I don't know if it involves all of them or just the one I'm dealing with.

oldtrvlagt, why don't you share with us which one it is you are dealing with to maybe save the rest of us this nonsense that you are having to deal with as there are a lot of us here that also play at the Rival Brands...show your fellow forum members some love and save us from this BS....:thumbsup:

You say "they"...I'm taking that "they" means some Rival Casino and not QT correct ?
 
I was trying to be nice..This is Vegas is the one that said they were having problems with QT and transferring payments.
 
Sorry, it appears that TIV's processor has issues with sending the payments to QT (having a blonde moment):p
 
Sorry to report that Pantasia and Mayan have quicktender delays.

They have been working on this for several days. The last update I got was
They Waiting on QT to get back them, should be very soon and
they are very sorry.

I hope all is fixed soon as I have a few players including
myself waiting on withdrawls. I have usally received my
cashouts in 48 hours or less, so I am giving them a
"get out of jail free card" in my own case due to past
good behaviour :lolup: Of course if this happens again I will become more concerned.

I too am still waiting for a withdrawl from a Rival Casino, to my QT account. I too requested this on the 21st. I played at Cocao Casino, so I guess add them to the list as well. Customer support said they are having problems and said they'll make a query into it.

What really stinks is, I live in rural Ohio and I have been snowed in for the past 3 days. With no way to be able to deposit, you know going to "that place" and putting money on "that thing", I have been at the mercy of this withdrawl. Unfortunatly, it looks as though I won't be playing for at least 2 more days. We're getting more 4-5" Tuesday Night.

Seems real strange though that apparently Rival Casinos are the only ones that are having trouble using QT as I have cashed out over the past few days with the other MG and RTG casinos and also 3Dice and none of them seem to have any issues at all putting your money back into QT...
 
Actually it is not all of the Rivals. Sloto'cash is fine. It's the ones that use the Pantasia processor. I, too, am waiting for a withdrawal from the 21st. I won at Pantasia and at Sloto'cash. Was paid the next pm from Sloto, still waiting on Pantasia.
 
I've been waiting since the 16th for a cash out and just again today I've been told by tomorrow evening. I don't give the statement much merrit concidering they've said that three times and payment still has not been made. Then all the different excuses depending on who I contact at the time their starting to sound like whimpie from an old popeye cartoon. Don't say it if it's not going to happen.

I think they need to get their stories straight the first time when issues come up and if it's going to take ten or twenty days "Like it seems to be" just say so, "Sh*t happens" but they shouldn't keep giving their players a different story because the last one they gave didn't pan out, it's ridiculous. Communications at it's best! :thumbsup:
 
I just checked my QT and my money from Mayan is there!!!!!:yahoo:

I hope everyone else is paid shortly too!! I know the delays
sucked and I am sorry, but just look at it like you saved money while waiting!:lolup:
 
Got mine!!!! I think TDTAT was just trying to be nice.

Really hope this mess is straightened out because the Rivals group, for me, has been a very honest/fair casino group. And they told me Tuesday and Tuesday it is.

O.K. so I too received the email from QT wanting all updated info...sooo, I log in and there is my withdrawal from TIV..kudos on getting the problems worked out, but......I never would have started this thread if I hadn't received the email from Support stating "we have no estimated timeframe"...if someone would have explained things a little clearer my paranoia would not have gone in to overdrive. So, I will play there again (because I like the games and bombed at Mayan) but I think they need just a little help on communication skills...just IMO...good luck to everyone else!;)
 
It was a Fluke...

My withdrawl just hit my QT account, so it looks as if this was just a fluke. I have no doubt that the new Rival Software and thier respective Casino opperators did everything they could to get the QT problem solved as quickly as possible.


John contacted me and apologized for the delay. He also offered to lend his help in getting this situation resolved. This is a shocker for me, as I havn't even deposited at TIV. Well, my friends that will be remidied today. TIV here I come.

I received a withdrawl to my QT from Simon says today - took only 12 hours to post.:thumbsup:
