    Hi everyone,

    I gotta give props to Club World. The last time I talked with them through email I was pretty rude (my apologies Club World :oops:) which was last week or so I believe.

    Last night I deposited $40 and cashed out $200, went to bed at 3am est. and when I woke up this morning at 8am est. it was already in my account paid.

    This morning I deposited another $40 and cashed out $100, just made the withdrawal.

    So, I just wanted to give some props to Club World :thumbsup:

    Just to balance this out, I am now waiting 10 days on my withdrawal from Lucky Red (Club World Group) and only have assurances it will be paid "soon".

    Hi Everyone,


    I have to agree with fusion on this one in the last 6 or 8 weeks there have been several posters with major payment issues reguarding club world group and Lucky Red Casino, I myself had to get Martyn and Tom involved to finally get paid.
    At the time I was unable to use the live chat, they didnt answer umpteen emails and have now just got my international phone bill and it has cost me nearly $60.00 in international phone calls in order to finally sort out the incompetence of the staff.
    Im happy for you "Just Play" lets hope they'll read this and give Liquid Fusion and others here who are waiting on payment the same joy..

    Weird, my experience with lucky red has been OK, the one cashout I made was paid promptly. But then again I've paid back that and then some on the weekend lol

    There's no security issue or anything because it's the 3rd installment in a >$3000 withdrawal. They're just taking ages to process it :eek2: No reasoning given, but to be fair they did reply to my email promtly to say it will be processed "today or tomorrow" - i'll update when they eventually get round to it.

    New players should note that in my experience they take at least 3 days to process withdrawals, plus a further 10 days (and counting) for each further installment over their $3000 weekly withdrawal limit.

    This never happens to me, I swear, I am the unluckiest person EVER....I deposited $40 at each of these casinos today (since the first $40 was lucky :D) and withdrew $100 from Villento, $100 from Grand Modial AND............


    $430 from Sloto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have had a account at Club World for gosh 4 ever at least 6 yrs I played at Lucky Red last night deposited thru Quicktender do a withdraw of like $200 an talk to support they say I wont need to send in a fax back just might need to update ID
    wake up this am an what does the email say from (((ClubWorld)) we need ID recent utility bill an faxback form I dont mind sending in the ID nor the utility bill but dang it I dont use CC for online gambling never have never will not even the prepaid 1s I think they are over the top on this 1 after all these years of taking my cash often an now this
    I dont drive I will have to ask some one to come over an take me to fax a form that they never requested till all this USA cannot gamble bull sheet:mad:

    WTG JustPlay, we can't lose all the time! Just be sure not to go on "tilt" thinking your luck has turned. Make sure some of your winnings hit your pockets, not the casinos. Of course, they will get it back over time, but spend some of it other than gambling. Unless it is for a B&M trip :lolup:
