On most of their sites, they advertise MG games such as Immortal Romance and the Dark Knight progressive slot. Once you have logged in and deposited, these games are nowhere to be found. Customer support have confirmed these games have been removed as they are 'faulty'.

If you intend to play certain MG games at any of the ProgressPlay sites, register first and login to check if games are listed in the 'Real Play' area before depositing otherwise you could end up disappointed.

Please also be aware of a 3 WORKING day pending period at their sites, i.e. Dazzle casino etc. So a W/D on Saturday not processed until following wed/thu.

I am sure Microgaming are happy at having two of their major releases being branded as "faulty" by what should be a respectable brand because it holds a UK licence Players who accept this statement at face value may wonder why other casinos are offering faulty games to players in contravention of strict UK licensing standards.

The ASA will also rule that continuing to advertise something that is not available constitutes "misleading advertising".

It's all down to exposure to risk. Take Spin Genie and their 2 sister sites. Check out what games they HAVEN'T got. Games that can hit big like Wild Rockets, DoA etc.

The sites simply choose games with a low-ish variance which rarely pay anything over a few hundred x stake.

The last thing they want is Nate or Simmo! hitting them for a 4-reel WD or a couple of wild-lines, at £15 or £7.20 a spin respectively.

Why not just limit the stake? I have seen IM locked down to a £6.00 max stake, but it should be possible to lock it down to £3.00

If they can't risk IM on a £3 stake, they are seriously underfunded, and it's surprising they managed to get a UK license.

This still doesn't explain the Dark Knight progressive as Microgaming take on the risk of paying the jackpots, and other than this the variance is relatively low.

Thunderstruck II is very similar to IM, so by logic they shouldn't have this game as well. If they don't, they are not offering many of the most popular games, and in the long term they will see customers drifting away to the competition.

Lying about the software in order to cover up the company's own failures and policies is unwise, especially if you are using GaleWind

Perhaps MGS are less bothered about it's licensees telling players that some of their games are faulty in order to hide the reasons behind them being pulled or winnings voided.

Spot on and employed by numerous sites (wrongfully IMO) if you can't stand the heat just use Playtech as a provider!!!

What has 'thrown' me tho over this is Ladbrokes a multi billion pound operation now has almost every Netent release going yet no DOA?
