Asked for a withdrawal of NOK 25000 on the 15th of February this year. Got in touch with them last week as I hadn't recieved the money via bank transfer. I was then told that they had experienced problems with all withdrawals made between the 15th and 20th of February. Apperently there was a problem with bank transfer and as soon as they had resolved this, the money would be credited back into my Highrolleraccount and I would be able to request a new withdrawal. As I didn't hear anything from them I again got in touch with them during last week and this. Yesterday (26.02.2018) I was told that my withdrawal WASN'T affected by this problem after all and that the money would be in my bank account today at the latest. When I got in touch with them today I'm again being told that my withdrawal was indeed affected and they can't give me a timeframe on when this would be resolved.
