problems installing INET

HELP HELP HELP
Last week I hit a royal flush at inet. I tried everything possible to increase my winnings playing those stupid non paying slots. So to reserve some funds I uninstalled the casino pending their approval for payout.
Now I cant install it. CS sent a mino zip file and that did not work. Cleaned my registry , upgraded Java , cleared out temp files and still cant download INET. I tried downloading other non paying RTG casinos and was successful although I have no intention of playing them

Has anyone else have this problem . I need some suggestions. I only play JACKPOT cAPITAL and INET

I know when I had a problem installing Inet, I had to turn off my virus protection to do so. Try that, hopefully that will help.

Search on google. There are videos or forums that can tell you how to do it temporarily.
I tried to search for you but I get almost all pages in Swedish and that's maybe not such a good idea
