Anyone any ideas what the problem is

Hi thought id ask on here if anyone has any ideas why this is happening.

Rarely play playtech slots as I hate them.

Anyway was playing at Ladbrokes the other week as had a bonus so used it. All games worked fine and last game I played was Wild Wishes. Anyway my laptop froze the last time I played it so after restarting pc I never went back to it that night.

Now if I go into Ladbrokes casino or slots and pick a game. It loads up and the game appears but before I can play it it refreshes and starts loading Wild Wishes again. But once it starts loading it never completes

Tried different browsers, cleared cookies and files and all that crap but same keeps happening.

Mobile games work fine on Ladbrokes just the desktop casino that's doing it.

Knowing how useless Ladbrokes support can be ive not bothered asking them. Being honest It wouldn't bother me if I cant play the slots as don't particularly like them. Its just damned annoying as to why its happening.

No matter what game I try it changes to Wild Wishes and wont finish loading.

If anyones experienced this before or has any ideas it would be great to know.

Not come across this at Ladbrokes before but have encountered similar, however this reply is part fact/part educated guess

Its like its part of the system to ensure that there are no unfinished bets (something which is implemented here and there across sites to stop bonus abuse maybe?)

In total agreement regarding the frustration with live support but I feel that on this one this will be the only solution. They will need to 'release' the stuck/unfinished game round.

IIRC it happened a few months back to me with the Hulk (PT) slot, may well have actually been Laddies but a nagging feeling also says it was maybe BGO.

Let me know how you get on and if I was way off the mark please mate

yep its a reset sadly , that machine your talking about builds the lantern lamps until you hit 4 for 7 free spins & 5 for even more free spins played it a few times now, so if it's stuck they would void it & reset where the slot was during your spins , but you shall lose the lantern lamps (

Guess ill just have to contact there support later when ive money in account and try get them to reset game.

No hurry as I don't touch their casino very often but even the WMS games are going straight to that damned Wild Wishes.
