Problem with intercasino that is very slow, lagging and slow download. FRUSTRATING!

Hi,

I have noticed intercasino has not been so good lately. They were very slow, lagging in slot game that takes while before it stop, slow download the game. I am getting FRUSTRATING! I have deposit recently and I didn't know that casino has problem. Now its all lying there waiting to play game. *Sigh* Has anyone else got problem with intercasino lately?

I have rebooted the modem problem seems to be sorted. Sigh I should have thought of it first place. This post is not really necessary sorry about that. But I finally able to play now. Recently in Spiderman I just got 5 of kind of Venom in free spin! $300+ so far. Woo!

It is more than likely an issue with DNS caching. If this happens in the future, close the casino and run the "ipconfig /flushdns" command on your computer. /flushdns : Flushes and resets the contents of the DNS client resolver cache. During DNS troubleshooting, you can use this procedure to discard negative cache entries from the cache, as well as any other entries that have been added dynamically. Cheers.

Yep, I had originally uninstalled the software, reinstalled it last night only to be reminded that... The software always lags! Can't even open the downloaded version of the software without shortly being disconnected from the server. The chat representatives aren't particularly bright either, they can't answer a simple question without making you wait for an email. Ask for you're player stats? "We will need to send you an email". Ask for player logs? "We will need to send another email". Can you send any of this to me now? "No we need to contact a different department"... Pointless run around

Yeah I've noticed this

I've never won anything at Intercasino, nothing at all. I'm generally happy to pay for my entertainment, with the occasional session on the house after a win. However for the members that do play to win... run fast from Intercasino!

What annoyed me personally is more the lack of proper customer support, and poor game play. I don't enjoy waiting 10 seconds for the reels to stop spinning
