Primeslots want to give me £1 million pounds.

Response from Prime Gaming

Hi,

I would like to thank the users here for alerting us to the problematic mail and thanks to your cooperation, we have managed to locate the affiliate who was sending this misinformation. We have asked him to stop sending this mail and I will personally make sure that this does not continue. I would like to point out that Prime Gaming has a policy of using only its own unique promotional materials or is sent on behalf of Prime Gaming only with our consent.

Again, Thanks for the cooperation here and if there is anything else we can do, don't hesitate to contact.

Happy holidays,
Prime Gaming

You've ignored my question twice in this thread despite saying you are "available for any questions"

Am I entitled to £1,000,000 if I open an account, like this email says?

But this is the proverbial shutting the barn doors after the horses have fled. The affiliate was fully aware that he had sent out a bogus offer (illiterate to boot) to a mailing list that he either bought or scrapped off of the Internet. It is spam, and warnings are not enough. Account closure is the only answer to these sort of ethically challenged people. He should have been given the boot - affiliate account closed and earnings forfeited.

I have received one of these, and it's pretty clear, I am to be credited with £1,000,000 as some kind of reward for registering. No mention of this merely being "available", it's definitely mine.

This is not simply a matter of unauthorised marketing, it's a matter of UK law. This affiliate has potentially put Prime in breach of it's UK licence! The ASA may already have had reports of this assuming this to be a mass spamming campaign on some dodgy mailing list.

Other affiliates also need to be told how SERIOUSLY such things are taken so that they are deterred from following suit if they think they can get away with it. I presume there is some kind of affiliate newsletter or at least regular communication with affiliates to update them with latest policies.

it seems like your warnings are either being ignored, or there's more than one person sending out these emails.
I received this today 29/12/2015

Also, Are these 110 freespins on a game which is capable of paying a £1,000,000 jackpot as the banner insinuates ???
or is this just as misleading as the affiliates emails ???
