prepaid cards at VideoSlots

Hi all,

I would like to inform in this post also that we have found a solution that will make all our players who use prepaid cards happy!

Players who use prepaid cards will soon not have to verify their cards anymore and the reason is that we have found a way to recognise if the card is a prepaid card or not. The card will be removed straight away from "My Documents" and will be treated as any prepaid voucher.

We hope to have this solution live in August.

wow what can i say though.

After reading this thread i am in total shock to be fair. What taken Videoslots the best casino online to take 18 months when the first complaint was made until they now decided to stop verifying them? When soo many posters was basically screaming to let you know that all other casinos do not ask them to verify prepaid cards.

I mean don't get me wrong they did solve the issues with some of the posters and members here. But that is beside the point. This should have been rectified last year. It really is not good enough Dan.

I do not use prepaid cards myself at videoslots but still. This was not great what so ever on your casinos part.

Happy that you have finally sorted it out, but i am still shocked in how long it taken.

Yes but Dan, 18 months though.

Surely you could have implemented or made a new term so that members who used them didn't need to verify them, if they just told live chat they was prepaid, then you could have removed them from the my documents section. So they didn't need to go through the pain. Until you worked out a better system like you say you have now.

This would have been a workaround. It baffles me. Many complained and it taken 18 months?!?!?!?!?!

And also you should have sent an email to every single member in say feb 2016 stating that if you use prepaid cards just goto live chat and ask them to remove the prepaid card so you don't need to verify them?

This would have been doable right?
 
to be fair to VS I don't think they knew there were databases that showed what type of card was being used. When I mentioned it they came back within a few days to say it was getting sorted.
Still waiting for my consultation fee though :D
 
Hi Dream RJ,

It is true that this issue took us a while in order to find an appropriate solution, though we have always tried our best to make it as painless as possible for our players.

It is quite unfortunate that a player has had to wait this while, but we are now glad to have a solution on the way.
