I've been to a couple of Casinos, recently Victoria Palace on a free chip, and noticed something on their slots.
Max bet gives the "progressive Jackpot".

I tried "Bullseye bucks"
When I entered, the "progressive Jackpot" was at 1495$, After playing for a while it was close to 1600$.

I exited the slot and re entered. Jackpot reset to 1495$
I played a little and paused. The jp still rising. Why? Obviously the jackpots are personal ones on theses slots, and should not rise when I stop playing.

Found out that every slot were the same. You start with the progressive at 1495 and its reset everytime you leave the game.

Stupid, If you ask me. Whats the point?

Edit:

Has anyone won at these slots? Looks dodgy to me altogether.

I don't think they are personal ones they apply to all players at that casino. and I believe that the jackpots start behind the actual value so as they are counting up to the actual value it looks like there is a lot of play happening.

may be wrong though
