Well I can see how people find this interesting and funny ) but joking aside - the mix of these industries is fraught with potential issues. To many to list here in full.
But historically the casino industry has not wanted association with porn and from an affiliate point of view very few programs (the legit ones) were happy to take traffic
in from the Porn networks. Even though it did and does happen by pushing traffic from the porn sites through to "clean" pages and then onto the casinos. As a whole
porn sites get way more traffic than casino sites do - but that traffic has a very very low conversion rate 1 in the 1000s and will be even higher when it comes
to converting porn traffic into the dollar deposits at the casino. Talking of which billing for porn has gone through and continues to go through a really really tough time.
Charge backs in the industry were rampant and for many still are. Visa and Mastercard have incredibly low ratios when it comes to the % of charge backs any 1 account / site
could have before pulling that merchants ability to process cards for payment. It is based on £$ volume / and sales volume. Master card being the toughest and new legislation
is making it even harder. Amex for example bailed out on porn years ago. And any merchant found billing for porn with Amex risk MASSIVE fines. So how they will address this issue
is a complex question. They do have porn on the casino site - anything that shows nudity to for personal pleasure e.g not artisitc is classed as pornographic. And so how this
would fit with the acquiring banks - I do not know. I do know skrill do not (or did not ) allow for billing of porn services through there platform. In the early days when it was moneyBookers
they were looking to make inroads into the porn industry - but in the end pulled out. Seeing it as to high risk.
Now im sure these guys have done there homework - BUT it is the billing end of things where "potential problems" could arise. And when banks or even 3rd party billing agents pull the plug
they do it fast with ZERO warning. I personally would not deposit at this time as I feel the risk could be too great. This is no slur on PornHub just a personal choice. Im a supporter of the porn
industry as a whole as it has really had to change in a dynamic way to keep up with the ever changing legislation most of which comes from the carding company's. It has always been
a very very uneasy relationship. Especially visa / master card.
They are more points but too many to list here. But one last thing I do not see any USC2257 Compliance notification on the porn hub casino site. This is a requirment by law for any company operating from the USA
who has porn material. To not display this could have dire consquence. USC2257 by the way is a notification of direct contact details so any LEA can visit any time to check model release and model ID of all / any actor
to prove they were over 18 at the time the material was produced. I do not know if this applys to the casino - but it is imo it is a real grey area. And yet would what they have on the site be deemed pornographic ? again an unknown
but if it was deemed adult material - any photos / videos depicting pornographic material no matter in a slot or elsewhere "could" be asked to prove that the actors are over 18. And I am in no way at all am I suggesting they are.
Just pointing out facts when it comes to USC2257.
I personally have nothing against gambling / adult being mixed - the 2 in so many ways are so close - but these 2 industry's have for what ever reason never really joined forces and I do not see that as something that will change
anytime time soon. From an affiliate POV - well a whole other minefield. Sure they will have affiliates joining in droves and traffic will go through the roof - but - what quality is that traffic going to be ? how well would it convert ? And when it has converted e.g into a paying player - what is the risk of charge back / fraud which could bring them under the radar of the acquiring banks ?
All questions that they may have already answered sure but - makes you think about how viable this is long term.
Ok that's me done. Time to change boxers
