I WAS FIRST PLAYING AT E-CASINO AFTER SEEING AN ADVERT ON GAMBLERS ANONNYMOUS,. WHICH I WON FROM 200 EUROS TO 19000 EUROS IN 1 NIGHT... I HAD NO IDEA ABT BONUESES AND STUFF THEN, UNTILL THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO HIT THE "WAGERING REQUIREMENTS" WHICH I DUEFULLY TRIED AND INDEED LOST EVERY SINGLE PENNY BACK..
FEEELING VERY UN SATISFIED I TRUIED TO LINK TO TO THE TOP THEIR CHAIN WHICH I FOUND IN THE END WAS MOST PROBABLY PLUS-FIVR GAMING.. I LOST SOME I AND WON SOME .. HOWEVER THE LOSSES WERE ALL 300-200 EUROS WJERE THE WIN WOULD BE CLOSE TO A THOUDAAND.. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE ONLY RECIVED HALF OF A PAYMENT



after withdrawal

to cut thing short... plus five did pay eventally 950 euros,,,,,,still oweing me of the 1k plus euros...
now who am i going to ask for payment/.'


somehow i feel moneybookers is responsible or the jurisdiction ... cos u cant all someone going online eating bets they cant honour... if that ok, i would wanna a bookmaker and just keep all the winnning and skrew the players that have won,.most stange of all today when i tried to enter the site to take copy of the statements for u guys to see... it sais people from my country are not allowed..... so how about the money ive lost??? gonna return that to me??

I would suggest you take a deep breath, relax, try not to type in all CAPS!!! and try to relay your problem a little clearer. Specifically, what are you hoping to happen here.

Apparently, you are not familiar with wagering requirements.

Almost any time you take any kind of bonus from an on-line casino there will be a certain roll over associated with it, it might be 20X or 60X or maybe even more. If you deposit and don't take any bonus at all you probably will still have a 1X wagering requirement before you can withdraw.

Always read and understand all terms and conditions at any casino you play at.

Did you finally complete the playtrough? (You said you lost it all but still made a withdrawal??)
Which methods have you used to deposit?
How much was the withdraw and how much have you allready got?
At what date you did the withdraw.

going to attempt to translate this, im assuming as his name is wong hes probly chinese or asian atleast, so you can forgive him for his bad english, this is what im pretty sure he means.


I was first playing at an online casino after seeing an advert on gamblers anonnymous, I deposited 200 euros and won over 19,000, I didnt realise about the bonus or wagering requirements until the casino told me i had to hit the wagering requirements, Which i tried to do but lost every penny, Feeling unsatisfied, i tried to find the main casino which is probably plus-five gaming, i deposited there and won some and lost some, However when i lost it was only 2-300 euros, where as a win would be close to 1,000, but to this date i have only ever recived half of the payment.

After my withdrawel, To cut a long story short plus five did pay me 950 euros, still oweing me over 1000 euros, Now who do i ask for the rest of the payment? Somehow i think moneybookers is responsible due to the jurisdiction, Becuase you cant go online losing bets you cannot honor, Strange thing was when i logged into the site today to take the logs for you guys it said people from my country are not allowed to use this site, So what about my deposits? Will they return those to me?

What i think has happend is the player has deposited using skrill/moneybookers, and the casino has paid some of it back to skrill, but now the casino are insisting on paying the rest to his bank account, but the player does not want that, and wants the money in his skrill account, Not sure why he wouldnt want that though, Id personally provide my bank info for any withdrawel. I think more clarification is needed.

Could the OP post a screenshot of the ad on "gamblers anonymous"? Either the name of the site is wrong, or some naughty affiliate is up to something, and the GA charity need to know about it.

The advert though, is not of key relevance. I doubt Skrill can be made responsible for the payment as they are just a wallet. It's all down to the casino. Maybe they have discovered that Skrill have blocked the payment as it is a "gambling transaction", yet this does not explain how all the prior deposits and first withdrawal were not blocked.

A bank payment may be the only way to get the money, but the OP can then vote with his feet and steer well clear of all Plus Five operations in the future. He may have to ditch Skrill too if they have an attitude of "no gambling transactions" from his jurisdiction.
