Hello whomever is reading. This is the history of my moneybookers:

You can see there I've made two deposits of 20.00cad. How here they were processed. But than the first one at 3:42 I never got the money in the casino for I cancelled it at almost the end for I had remembered that I needed to put a coupon in. This somehow screwed everything up. I had the same thing happen at clubworld they just did it on chat and they could see that it went into their moneybookers and gave it to me. Now though with playunited they just say you've made one deposit the other one was declined. They don't go further than that. Supposedly moneybookers told them to give me my money for it was processed. The proof is there. Now here's the history of the casino which shows that it was cancelled or declined. Maybe someone can make head or tails and get my 20 back. It would be nice to be put back into my moneybookers if it can be.
Here's the history for playunited it doesn't even show any othe deposits. Obviously there was according to moneybookers and I know I did.

If anybody can get this straightened out for me please do. thanks acct: gilleslord Moneybookers I have sent them a few emails but still nothing. Its been 1 week. The first time they replied they said they had contacted the casino and told them to give me my money. I also got a security check on that email that playunited uses for deposits through moneybookers but haven't heard anything from them lately. Moneybookers maybe at fault and my money maybe in the air somewhere's. Please help me with this for I am getting really frustrated. Now its going on two weeks that I am in limbo. This is a common problem with these eWallets. There is not a sufficiently robust safeguard against money being lost in transit. The casino have no record of the deposit because they are looking in the wrong damn place because they do not know what they are doing, probably exacerbated by their wanting to answer the E-mail they THOUGHT you sent, not the one you actually did. The transaction would have been approved by moneybookers, but would have failed to get as far as your account. A matching transaction should appear in their merchant Moneybookers account, and transaction identifiers could be used to match your two debits to the credits to their merchant account, only one of which made it to your casino account.

It might be worth knowing that coupons can often be redeemed AFTER the deposit, provided no play on it has taken place.

Few RTG outfits are good, and this is not one of them - well worth checking them against the RTG list and the not reccommended/rogue list.

I just would like someone to get my 20 for me like you said the moneybookers merchant account as had rtg clubworld and they did it right away. thanks gilleslord

Well i got my 20 finally. thanks here's the reply from the casino:
I have some good news for you, we managed to locate the deposit in question, our records do
show that you attempted to cancel the deposit, but at the stage when you did it, the system
did not pick it up and it was left sitting in our merchant account.

The deposit has now been credited to your account.

I would also like to ask if you would be so kind to close the forum post on Casino Meister.

I have deposited there with moneybookers and sometimes it take few hours to be credited and sometimes instant but I always get the deposit after few times. The good things with this casinos is they pay the players fairly and fast .The pitboss Riaan is responding to the emails and the complaints . Some times the chat support did not care but I always send an email to the pitboss when having problems.
