PLAYTECH BACK ON BOARD

For those of you who have been with me for a while probably remember the falling out I had last July with Playtech. It was over a number of issues that I was concerned about, and I made the decision to remove Playtech powered casinos from Casinomeister's listings here: https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/
I was adamant that I would not bring on any Playtech powered casinos back on until the issues I had were either answered or rectified.

Well, after a few months of uncomfortable silence, some of the Playtech operators who were a bit disappointed in the entire situation, pushed Playtech and me back to the pow wow table, and we began to talk. I spoke about my concerns - and this had to deal mainly with player safety - and they spoke about some communication problems that they had with me.

You may remember some of my concerns. One issue was that it appeared that Club Dice casino was operating without a license. According to the Antiguan Directorate of Online Gaming's website

their license had expired. I picked up the phone and called the Antiguan office and they confirmed this. What they didn't tell me, was that Club Dice was authorized to operate during an interim period in which they were changing their internal corporate structure. Thanks Antigua, not!

Playtech and I also spoke about a dispute section to be set up for players of Playtech casinos. Admittingly so, this is a big step for Playtech, and I am pleased that they are willing to reach out to the players and offer their services to assist. It's not fully functional yet, so I'll wait for them to iron out any glitches before they decide to announce this - but it's reassuring that Playtech is making this move.

So at this time, I'm satisfied that Playtech is taking a more active roll in providing players with an environment conducive to a more pleasurable gaming experience. That's what this industry is all about, isn't it? Providing positive experiences for players? Yeah, I think so.

I have always been paid from Playtech when I cashin.

However my results for BJ and VP are terrible and therefore I play very little at Playtech casinos. And I play zero BJ.

The belief among many players is that the operators can adjust the percentage payback. No proof just several years of bad results.

Another issue is locked accounts the first time you register at a Playtech casino. You contact support per the casino instruction and are told "you have made cc chargebacks or done something almost criminal" and the decision to lock your account is done by proven software and can not be changed, Two things wrong with this 1-Obviously sharing information although the player has never done anything wrong at any casino and 2-no way to appeal or correct this error made by the casino.

For example I played at Kiwi many times when they were Cryptologic ? but was immediately locked when I tried to create a Kiwi Playtech account. No one at the casino cared.

For me - CM's "PLAYTECH BACK ON BOARD" means .........

Thank you Mesiter for your big concern!

Actually, Playtech is one of my favourite casinoware provider, since
it is one of the most beautiful as well as it is quite fast. But it really
has been making me worry that no Playtech casino is dealt with here
and really quite few people are talking about Playtech while many people
are talking about RTG and Microgaming.

Now I am really glad and glateful that Playtech is setting up the customer
complaint section. I hope they don't bend towards casino side favourably
and judge the complaints without any favour. And thanks anyway for your
big step forward with Playtech, Meister!.

Playtech is fine apart from their ridiculously slow pay

Hi,

I've found the software to be fair and fine in its utility. However their slowness of payment sickens me. Considering that Ladbrokes can cashout via neteller on the same day as requested and playtech takes a day or so to respond to the first request and then reserves up to 7 days to actually pay. Then often takes longer. (One of them took 3 weeks to pay me and required me to follow up the payment twice) I'd advise players stick to sites that give withdrawal speeds similar priority to that given to deposits.

Me too. Playtech casinos always paid me. With the publicity they are getting from the $1.8m jackpot, they should seize the opportunity to entice more new players.

Bryan,
While you are at it,could you also ask playtech whether they actually recommended that withdrawals made from the casinos powered by them be placed in pending status for 3-4 days. I know it may not be an appropriate thing to discuss while you are ironing out other issues but this is something that many players do loathe. I think that there are probably 90% or more playtech casinos that do this. A year or so ago,Mapau had my withdrawal pending for 24 hours but this has changed and I really do believe that playtech had something to do with it.

I second that laugh. Playtech BJ is about as natural as Pamela Anderson tits.
