I made a withdrawal for £50 2 days ago and after that I won over 9k, I can’t withdraw this as the withdrawal for £50 is still pending!!! Playojo not processing it because they want me to spend my other winnings! I have withdrew in the past no issue

Your best bet would be to contact the PlayOjo rep here on the forums. They are @EGO , click on their name and send them a Private Message with your account details, withdrawal info, etc. They’re usually prompt and I would expect you’ll have the answers you need quite quickly. That said, if it is the weekend it’s not unusual for these things to move a little slower than usual.
If contacting the rep does not resolve the problem and you feel you need further assistance please feel free to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and we’ll look into it for you.
