Hi I keep getting these error messages when logging in. Have tried app and different browsers but still stuck in this loop.

Also still have a pending withdrawal from 1am yesterday for £4k is it normal practice not to be able to withdraw on weekends?

Regarding the technical issues - if it hasn't cleared up after a few hours then you'll need to contact support for a "stuck game round". The second screenshot is a technical limitation (encouraged by the UKGC) to prevent people playing multiple slots at the same time - as you've discovered, if the first session breaks then you may not be able to continue on any game (whether by that provider, or across the whole site).

Regarding the withdrawal - given the size of the withdrawal, there will be additional checks in place and those may be done during office hours. I'm sure the @EGO rep will be able to give you an update in due course.

Good point made by @jasonuk business hours tend to be better for dealing with larger sums. It's not just the authorization, its the processing too.
