I previously posted regarding problems withdrawing at playojo.com. Since then their withdrawals have become much quicker. My last one just now was super fast - a matter of minutes. .

That’s excellent news! Anyone else able to report the same? One voice is good on things like this but more is better. Helps add a bit of gravitas ... and who doesn’t like a good helping of gravitas, eh?

I’m not sure why, but PlayOJO withdrawals seem to take longer than expected. Even for small wins, the processing time is much slower compared to other casinos, where it usually takes about two hours. Another issue is that you can’t request additional withdrawals while one is still pending.

What option did you choose when withdrawing the funds?

Debit Card. Sometimes it late at night it takes until the next morning but most times its less than an hour. I agree the one pending withdrawal is an issue

I withdraw by bank transfer, will try with debit card next time

I find it depends on the amount.....I recently had a 20k win on Crazy Time, so with the limit of 5k per withdrawal it took around 24 hours for each 5k withdrawal, so in total i had the 20k in 4 days which was fine. Then I had about 2k lefttover and when I withdrew that amount I got it in like 4-5 hours instead

They do eventually pay, and if not we have a great rep @EGO who is always willing to help

I had a £15k slot win. You can ask them and they will withdraw in one go but it took over 24hours - cant remember exact time but i think around 30-36 hours ....still quicker than multiple 5k withdrawals. But yes larger amounts take longer

Live chat i think it was. But there live chat can be a bit naff
I find facebook messenger much better. They are limited what they can do but can contact the appropriate team and answer much faster than email or live chat
