Resolved Playojo withdrawal times

Hi, I had a big win at playojo.com. They processed it via wire transfer but the info they are giving me regarding actual payment time seems incorrect as they said it depends on my banks payment processor. But its a bank so as far as I know they dont have a payment processor and being a big 4 UK bank add deposits to my ac when received 24/7 without delay. Can anybody tell me how long a playojo wire transfer takes to arrive in the UK. Does anyone know if by wire transfer they means a regular bacs transfer?

Why not ask the rep here on the forums? They are usually quite helpful and respond quickly. They are @EGO , sending a Private Message is typically the best way to proceed, assuming they don't drop by here and reply to you directly.

i think you misunderstood , no one said the bank is a processor in the same way as we process funds to the bank. But the bank has to send you the funds ( process the funds to you ) and depending on your bank it can take anything between 2-7 BANK working days. Once we process it to the bank we have no control over how long they take to get the funds into your account

But anyway that doesnt really answer my question. Im trying to find out how wire transfer funds are actually sent as this will tell me the timescale. When funds are sent by wire transfer does that mean a UK domestic bank transfer or does it mean a swift wire transfer? Customer support told me max 3 days but youre saying 2-7 days? With my bank swift transfers are almost always same day or next day. If its UK domestic transfer then its a fixed time frame.

Im now more concerned than I was before. Ego told me Barclays have the money but Barclays say its not true. Any suggestions as to what to do. Ego wont tell me how it has been sent. If it was Bacs then no issue as it wont show up until tonight but if a wire then something is not right.

Ego please confirm you have received my message. This situation is quite concerning. All i wanted to know is how the money was sent. But then you provided extra info which the bank is disputing. Now I dont know what is happening.

Do playojo just not like me or is this their standard operating procedure. They tell you most withdrawals are processed in a few hours. As I understood to they are supposed to be processed within no more than 24 hours. They told me at this point its considered late. So I made another withdrawal. 24 hours have passed and not processed. Am I just unlucky or is this the standard for playojo.com. i want to make another withdrawal but cant until they process my currently pending withdrawal.

Wierd last two deposits slow and over time but to their credit last one just now super super quick...maybe because i complained.

@EGO I am new here are you able to help me with a similar issue. I have tried to private message but keeps saying error occurred. reading on other peoples posts it looks like your the one to ask.
I made a withdrawal early hours Saturday morning, and it’s still showing as pending. It’s the biggest win I have had so I checked if I may have needed to sort my documents - there was a red check mark to resubmit which I have done so . Got an email to say my documents have been verified yet it’s gone back to showing there is an issue with my documents so I don’t know if I needed to resubmit anyway Is this what’s causing an issue with my withdrawal? I have asked on chat but I get the generic normally processed within a few hours reply. I normally get withdrawal a few hours later or at least the next day
