This is the worst casino I have ever played at deposited 2000.00 since the first and have been ripped off 1000.00 and have been told 24-48hrs since the 13th. The first incident happend on the 13th had a balance of 300.00 in my casino account lost connection and for a day kept getting message Account allready logged in wait 10min. Was told dont worry money will be there when you get back in. A day later finally able to get in and poof money gone and money not in the sportsbook account. On the 16th was told play history showed it was there and they needed to send it to RTG. And it would be taken care of the next day. So Stupid me deposits again. On the 17th playing and have 340.00 in casino and 300.00 in sports book. Hit the bonus on Green Light and froze couldnt pick my car. Logged out and in several times nothing. Had to wait till next day. Woke up the next morning and cant log in told my account was deactivated. Finally on the 19th able to get in. Available balance is 18+million and money gone from Casino and Sportsbook. Was told by someone there that logged into my account lol yes I see but you know you really dont have that much. Sent screen shots and all info when you ask to speak to someone in the casino dept that e-mails you. You are told that there is no way to reach them except through e-mail. All you are told is 24-48hrs been told that since the 13th and still being told that. SO WARNING TO ALL !!!!!!!

Maybe they have been messing with the operator "screw the player" options the software offers, and have managed to screw up big time.

Phynqster once revealed that in order to "tweak" the software they have to boot players off before they can make it effective on the casino. These "tweaks" allow them to alter paytables, set slot percentages, and change the number of decks used in the blackjack game.

I have played several RTG casinos, have sometimes had connection issues, but have NEVER had this kind of corruption to my important data, such as pending balances, etc.
This simply CANNOT JUST be down to RTG, THEY must have been doing something "special" to create this data corruption. Normally, casino software is supposed to be robust enough to PREVENT such VITAL data being messed with, even when rogue RTG casinos mess with player balances, it leaves an audit trail, usually seen as a "manager withdrawal" in the account history. ("manager withdrawal" = "confiscated winnings").

I know that rogue RTG operators can "flush" this account history, which is bad enough, so it is perhaps not too far fetched to believe they can alter it too (flush it, & then repopulate it with their own "story").

It would be interesting to see if one of the reputable RTG's listed here at Casinomeister like INetBet or ClubWorld or maybe one of the others would care to elaborate on that aspect of tweaking with the software in that manner...anyone want to take odds on getting one of them on here to expand on Vinyls thoughts a little ??? ;););)

I would have to bet with 99.9% certainty that there will be no comments. :smilewink:

Right! They dont want to mess around with other RTG casinos or the software provider. BTW, is this the casino who accepted US players only and gave a free $30 chip to all. Seems to have the word 'rogue' written all over them. With no mediation available, it is too risky to play there. Sigh, so it's now only inetbet or club world casinos. Nothing against them but lamenting the lack of choices.

Nah, of course they won't answer. I bet that's the only reason that RTG will actually PULL A LICENSE - for revealing "trade secrets."

But, they'll allow their licensees to rob players blind in the meantime...

Hello to VWM and all

No data or account history can be changed or flushed or tweaked.

Every real money game is logged, as is every deposit and withdrawal, once a transaction or game play is implemented it is logged permanently. Even a request for a coupon is logged, whether it is successful or not, both requests are recorded.

No financial transaction can in ANY WAY be altered or changed.

Best regards
Emily Hanson

I know that rogue RTG operators can "flush" this account history ....

Just out of curiosity, how do you know this? Is this documented somewhere? I don't mean to imply that I'm doubtful, just that something like this needs to be known if it's solid information. If it's not then ... we're just talking rumours, no?

Thanks for coming in here Emily and replying to this thread.....I sure am glad that I didn't actually bet with anyone...LOL,, and thanks for the info regarding the aspect's of tweaking with the software as far as the data is concerned...

Would you mind clearing up for all of us once and for all, whether or not the casino can alter paytables, set slot percentages, and change the number of decks used in the blackjack games like a land based casino can do ?? :D

Hi Robwin

I believe there are a number of old posts discussing the subject of the number of Blackjack decks that can be used.

As was previously stated the number of decks can vary, depending on the RTG Casino you choose to play. FYI we use 6 which we have posted in the gaming section, I do not believe it has ever changed.

Paytables can also vary, again with games such as VP it is always advisable to check the paytables, most of ours are set at the max and again have not changed in years.

Real Slots percentages can also vary, however the range is quite small, all ours are set at 95% and have never been altered.

Hi Maxd

No it is most definitely not documented, this is once again the cogs of the rumour mill cranking into gear.

It is also worth noting that none of the 'changes' can be applied individually or to certain player’s accounts, it is system wide in all instances.

Best regards
Emily

P.S. As far as I am aware, to answer the original post, Playersonly are not RTG.

Slots at 95%. Is this the reason for the 20xWR with bonuses? If this is the average payout, then you would reach a $0 balance when you complete the WRs. :D:D:D

Since you are here Emily, can I just ask a couple of questions:

1/ I have been asking for RTG's house way of setting the paigow poker hands. Do you know where I can locate them?

2/ You have a wager less program where you set the table limits to $1 instead of $5 to add convenience to players. However, the commission for paigow poker and betting banker in baccarat is charged in $0.25 units. For a $1 bet the commission is $0.25 and that is hardly wagering less. In fact, this means the player actually loses more in the long run. Other software can actually charge 5% commission to the nearest cent eg. Playtech. Why cant RTG also do it?

This happened at Palace of Chance, and to Mysticjos, during a dispute where the casino tried to void a progressive jackpot on an obscure technicality. Mystic took screenshots of her transaction history, but when she went back to get further data to investigate whether she was lied to about having been bonuses more than total deposits, she found that her transaction history had been wiped clean, and was unable to get the full data. The screenshots she had previously made, however, are a record of almost al the data, and can be proof that her Palace of Chance history did once exist.

This shows that ROGUE operators can indeed find a way to bypass the integrity of RTG logs, and if they can do this, surely they can "put back" what they first deleted, but possibly after introducing their own alterations.

Palace of Chance refused to supply Mystic with her transaction logs, but RTG are still quite happy for this casino, and the rest of the Virtual stable, to continue in operation.

This was a while ago, and I have not been made aware of any further developments.

I don't expect Palace of Chance to co-operate in any investigation made by Max, although it might be possible now if new staff are around, as if the records are indeed "permanent", they can still be supplied, and it determined whether they match Mystic's original screenshots, or have been tampered with.

Wiccan, the word we have is that on the 20th your account was reactivated after you had provided requested docs. That same day you threatened them with chargebacks. On the 24th they decided to close out your account and informed you that they'd refund your deposits. What exactly is the problem?

At the risk of sounding like a suck-up, it seems we ought to quit "baiting" and daring the casino reps to answer certain questions. In addition to this thread, answers have been recently given concerning payout percentages, promotions and 'how to acheive VIP-type status'. Should we ask for casinos' financial statements, CSR real names, home addresses and telephone numbers? Are they rogue for not answering?

I for one in most instances don't think they people are "baiting" the casino's and I don't think there is anything at all wrong with asking about payout percentages and promotions or VIP status. Sometimes the info is available on their website and sometimes it's not.

As for your other examples......ex. real names, addresses and phone #'s. I don't recall ever seeing that happen.......please point me to the thread if it has. You are comparing useful information that players have a right to know to something that that isn't pertinent at all to your argument. Perhaps you should have thought of a better comparison.

Here is my issue......

Subject: RE: attn ahmed (LTK11603835438X) Player ID: 419977841

Dear Christopher,
Thank you for contacting us.

Regarding your Game ID# #18195017. Unfortunately when a slots game gets frozen, free spins are missed and it is not possible to provide the player with these free spins. The game was incomplete due to an interruption in the network during the game. We apologize for this software limitation.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.
Kind regards,

Well just to let you know when I go to the game it is in the bonus and asking me to choose my car and it just sits there I have played at RTG sites and have been booted after hitting a bonus and it picks up where I left off.... For example even on your software have hit the bonus in penguin power and had like 12 spins then message unable to communicate with the server. I close program log back in and go to game and my free spins are still there and it picks up where it left off at. So when I would log in it is asking me to choose car. If that is the case then I guess I can never play that slot again cause it is frozen in the mode to pick car? Come on I am a big online gambler and it dont work that way.

And by the way you even said it should pick up where you left off. So I guess that is a 2.00 bet that just gets thrown away. Dont think RTG would agree with that.

And now Unfortunately now I am told we are unable to credit back your deposits made with your Mastercards due to restrictions of online gaming laws.....But all Visa deposits were credited back so 700.00 in Mastercard deposits is not much to loose I guess. They said they will try to work on a way to get it back to me.... Wait 24-48hrs lol

And as far as the threat yes when it was reactivated and I have a balance of 18+ million instead of the 600.00 that was there before they deactivated it I think many would be upset.

I dont like paying for a cadillac and driving off the lot with a yugo.......

So that is my issue

Playersonly sportsbook and casino had a D- rating at the reputable site Sportsbookreview.com. I was almost going to make a deposit at one of their sister sites until I saw they all had D- ratings.

Many players who bet sports always refer to sportbookreview.com before depositing (this sportsbook unfortunately had a casino). If I were you, before you deposit to any sportsbook/casino, check out their rating at this site first.

It's been more than a month since I lodged the questions. RTG shouldnt find them too difficult to answer. may I have your response, Inetbet as I havent received anything from your support department yet.

Uhm, I have had ZERO problems with Players Only other than having to wait a month for a couple of cashouts.

Player's Only is NOT an RTG casino! Another site lists it as "Jazette Entertainment".

I don't really play their slots much, so I don't know about his slot problem. I have had disconnects in blackjack, and if I come back within 10 minutes, the problem will always fix itself.

PO is the best USA casino IMO!
