players palace sent me a promo for a 50% deposit ,so i deposited 50$ sent them an email to claim the bonus ,recieved a reply from them that they sent me promos for may and june ,but not july ,but they did send the promo to me for july but won't honor it,i'm just pissed they trick you into depositing for a bonus then don't give it to you,i've uninstalled them and will never deposit with a casino share,here's the email

they've finally responded back ,and said they misread the promo and gave me the money,after i uninstalled it,takes forever to reinstall, i guess posting here helped

I had the same problem with Grand Mondial, the bug is with their claim process, it has broken down virtually every other weekend over the last couple of months. MY resolution was an apology for the delay (+the bonus), which is what YOU should have received.

It really does seem that the standards of CS are currently in a terminal "death spiral", and it is about time certain online casinos started to address this, and forget about releasing new games and dreaming up ever more enticing promos.

In other threads, it seems that even "Elite VIPs" are getting "bargain basement" services, one Elite recently posted about getting a VIP chip one day, losing the lot on SLOTS, and then accused of being a "bonus abuser", and this was at "This Is Vegas", a casino I thought might be destined for CM Accreditation.
