Hi guys
So seems to be taking a while for my withdrawal of £500 to be processed near 2 days now and very hard to get through to customer services, anyone able to push me in the right direction as what to do here as communication seems quite poor compared to other providers I use

I'm new to them and it also says on my login page I don't need to supply any documents I only withdrew th initial £500 to test th water I have won a lot of money in the last 2 days £19.000 to be precise this is real life changing lump of money! My plans to put the money towards a new camper van

The £500 came through this morning so all good hopefully the other 17k comes through a little quicker I've withdrawn in 5k lumps at a time! Seems a pretty good casino tbf the only issue I would say is the customer service is a little slow to respond! But all in all they have a great selection of games and any casino that pays without hassle is good in my book, so will definitely be on my go too list

they do pay all time, they just have so many casino links and they use same staff
