Play OJO waiting nearly 24 hours and my payment hasn't been approved.

Trying to contact Eko but can't direct message. I've had previous withdrawals from OJO that have been a few hours but I've been waiting nearly 24 hours for this one and chat hasn't been able to help.

Not sure if you knew this but @EGO is the rep you want to be contacting. Be sure to include your basic account info, casino name, info on the troublesome WD so they can get to it without having to come back to you for that info before they can proceed.

The issue with “can’t direct message” is that you’ve just signed on at Casinomeister and there are a few anti-spam things in place to prevent new sign-ons from abusing the DMs. I suggest having a poke around the site a bit, make a few small comments here and there to let the system know you’re for real. Things should go smoothly after that.

Me too. I've sent documents for verification multiple times and received emails saying everything is good to go. I go back to withdraw and get the pop up saying I have to upload documents. This has been ongoing for over two weeks. The generic answers from support are getting tiresome. Like you said, they're quick to take your money but such a hassle to withdraw.
