Play OJO large withdrawal timescales

Hi all

I have recently had a very large and very lucky win from Play OJO - I have requested the first lot of it and saw that the timescales say a few hours but I am now past that.

Does anyone know roughly if large withdrawals take longer and if so, how long?

Larger withdrawals (over £1000) tend to need manual review because of regulatory requirements, and for especially large wins they may want to verify the win with the provider first.

It doesn't look like PlayOJO do that at weekends, so hopefully they will have an update (or a payment) for you tomorrow.

I’m already waiting over 24h for a 4K withdrawal

As mentioned in the other thread, this is not unusual. Perhaps be patient rather than spamming the forum with posts - you don't need 12 posts on this topic... especially when you asked the same question a month ago and got the answers you needed.

But yes, as jasonuk said, PlayOjo typically doesn’t process payments on the weekend. I’ve responded to the Ticket you submitted to us to say that if you haven’t heard anything by end of day to proceed with a PAB on this. Instructions were given there.
