I highly recommend the casino Tropica.

They were corrected by me and they welcomed my complaints so that have reconsidered my position already complicated.

There was a constructive dialogue between casino and player.

In addition, they were quick to pay winnings only the second working day.

A special and heartfelt thanks to Casino Representative, very active in other forum! Without him and without his valuable work, none of this would have happened.

Did this "understanding" that lead you to be paid so quickly involve you "spreading the word" around the internet about how wonderful they are;)

It is mainly rogue casinos that resort to such arrangements with troublesome players, and they are really paying "hush money" to save their own reputation (or what's left of it) rather than a genuine effort to treat a player fairly.

If the rep wants to convince us things have improved, let him come HERE and do his "fine deeds", rather than at some unidentified "other forum".

If they treated ALL their players this well, they would be ACCREDITED here, rather than "not-recommended".

I believe Tropica were "lumped in" with all the other Rival White Labels and put on the NR list due to something Bryan was not happy about, either with other casinos, or Rival in general. (I can't remember now!).
But I'm 99% sure it was not because of anything Tropica themselves did wrong.
Shame really.

Maybe, we did have two PABs against them early last year and both were resolved within a couple weeks (which is good) though I don't believe the casino ever did respond to us.

On the downside, see the following forum posts:

Tropica Casino?

I thought they were the Playtech of a similar name. I believe the Rival white labels were all lumped in together because the problems were with the white label arrangement itself, and appeared to strike down individual white labels at random, which made them ALL just as risky, despite how they had performed in the past.

Bryan also had a "no white labels" policy for the accredited section, so even an outstanding white label Rival could never qualify until it brought key functions "in house" and ceased to be a true "white label".

I know that KK has made an effort to differentiate between the Rival white labels, rather than lump them all together, and so is probably the man to ask about which of the various Rival casinos is "least risky" among them.

HOWEVER, the OP has simply waded in with what looks like a "shill" posting, and this does NOT help the credibilty of Tropica, as there are no details of what the issue was, and how well it was dealt with, just a bland "they are so wonderful" post, and vague reference to this "other forum" that cannot easily be checked out without further details.

It also looks like this was translated into English by an online translator, and therefore may not come across in English quite as the OP had intended.

Again you're throwing up smoke screens to protect you business interests. You know very well why they were put on the not recommended list. The Casinomeister is 100% correct in "lumping them together", for the simple fact that these casinos are all owned and operated by the same company.
