What's going on with some of the Play and Go slots at Casino Euro? Book of Dead, Troll Hunters,Energoonz, Viking Runecraft and others are now suddenly progressives?
Why make great slots into progressives?

It just lowers their RTPS and likelihood of winning! If I wanted to play a Progressive Jackpot slot I would play one. Not happy about this at all and I hope other casinos don't follow suit.

Give us the option to play a progressive or not, talk about ruining the slots...:mad:

I'm with you on that one Dave...but it's not just Casinoeuro that do this with PnG.

The same also happens at Leovegas with PnG.

One thing should be said though; they are not progressive jackpots. They are fixed JP's and when they are gone they're gone. A one time hit and that's it. A very odd time you will see the same thing pop up on casino's and Yggdrasil offering prizes (Minium bet 50p of course).

It did make me paranoid and suspicious though. I mean PnG don't offer jackpot games. So I was wondering; who was doing this "Jackpot"? The casino or PnG?

It got me thinking about the Red Tiger games that now have daily progressive jackpots with them that must be won in 24 hours and how I could almost bet my house (If I owned one) that they are guaranteed to be won nearer to the end of the promotion than the beginning.

In these cases, whether or not it's the casino or the developer running these promotions; one thing is absolutley clear to me. If they have to be won in a certain time frame then they are certainly not random.

For instance. In a 24 hour period, Red Tiger must conciously program a spin number for a player to win one of those jackpots....ie spin number 10,245 is the minor jackpot. The only random thing about that is the lucky player to make that spin number.

To giveaway such bonuses would also require that the slots RTP would need adjusting to compensate for these Jackpots.

I'm no expert though, but I'd definitely avoid them if you aren't a jackpot slot player like myself ;)

Avoid them like the plague if they are daily jackpots. Actually just avoid Red Tiger in general

That's the main issue I have with it Chipkin. I first noticed jackpots on play and go at Vera John on Troll Hunters and Jewel Box. As for Red Tiger push and hold spacebar and run after 100x win.

Yep. I noticed them about 2 years ago. But I learned that they are only able to be won when you stake £1 or higher per spin. So if your betting below that stake you wont be able to win one of them on the play n go slots!

That would depend on the casino running the promotion, and would be stated in the T&C of the promotion.
In this case the minimum stake is 0.20

Hey guys.

We are currently running a promotion were we have added some additional prizes on the following games: Book of Dead, Samba Carnival, Viking Runecraft, Golden Ticket and Grim Muerto.
I can confirm that this promotion/adding of additional prizes to be won, doesn't take any RTP away from the games mentioned above.

Have a nice one!
